Urban 'FUN'galow, no cleaning fees!

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.
This 100 year old bungalow serves as my private hair and photography studio when it's not moonlighting as a short-term rental! But don't worry...you will have the entire place to yourself! I pride myself on creating an excellent experience for my guests. Excellent for 1 to 4 guests. You will love the central location and the fun house!
The space
This space is quite unique as it doubles as a partime hair and photography studio.
Where you'll sleep:
The master bedroom has an extremely comfy king size bed that can sleep 1, 2 or even 3 people!
The photo studio bedroom has a single futon floor mattress that is great for a kid or for Thanks an adult who doesn't care that much about where they lay their head;). A nice queen air mattress is also available for that room upon request. Just let me know and I can set it up for you. Feel free to play with the specified studio lights and backdrops if you want! Use your phone camera or your real camera--mine will be locked away!
The hair studio room has a full size futon that is great for sleeping. This room has a door to close it off from the rest of the house for sleeping privacy but it also houses the front door so be aware of that if you are sleeping in there and don't want to be disturbed. Make everyone use the back door in that case!
Feel free to use the hair products and tools to get ready for your day! My scissors and clippers will be locked away--I don't want to be responsible for anyone playing hairstylist!

The Den has a large couch that is great for sleeping especially if you like to fall asleep watching tv or listening to music.

The kitchen is well equipped and has all you need. There is a 1 cup coffee maker and a French press. Coffee and tea are provided. Sometimes there is a selection of liquor and/or wine. Help yourself.

The remodeled bathroom features a clawfoot tub where you can soak your cares away. Bubble bath and all the things are provided!

Outback features a dining table and umbrella, a gas grill and a fire pit area. ~There is also other stuff back there as we spend time there etc. Just ignore it!
Guest access
You have access to the entire house. There is a basement that is accessed from outside only but that will be locked. If you need to do laundry there is a nice laundromat a couple blocks away on the business loop.
Other things to note
I do not charge cleaning fees but I do expect you to do basic clean up after yourself. A cleaning fee will be added if you leave an uncivilized, unreasonable mess! Thanks😊
