Explore scenic hiking trails, fly fish or float the Yakima River, and tour renowned wineries and breweries throughout the valley.

Our thoughtfully curated home is perfect for solo travelers, couples, families, and groups — designed for comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable memories.

The Home

This southwest-facing, single-level 3-bedroom home features:
• King bed in the primary suite
• Queen bed with twin trundle in the second bedroom
• Queen bed in the third bedroom

Amenities include:
• Traeger smoker
• Gas rangetop with Viking appliances
• Washer & dryer
• Electric fireplaces
• Outdoor firepit (seasonal – not available during summer burn restrictions)
• Direct Yakima River access

Location
• Just above the Yakima River off State Route 10
• 15 minutes to downtown Ellensburg
• 30 minutes to Cle Elum
• 90 minutes from Seattle

Important Policies & Information

Occupancy-Based Pricing
Rates include up to 2 guests.
Additional guests are $100 per person, per night.

Example: 4 guests staying 3 nights = $150 in additional guest fees.

Late Checkout
Unauthorized late checkouts are subject to a $100 fee plus $50 per hour.

Packages & Mail
Shipping packages to the property is not permitted. Locked mailboxes are not accessible to guests.

Spa & Amenity Waiver
All guests must sign the DV Amenity Waiver prior to arrival to access spa amenities.
Waivers must be completed within 10 days of booking to maintain the reservation.

Cold Plunge
The cold plunge is winterized and unavailable November–April.

Pet Policy (Pet-Friendly Locations Only)
• Maximum 1 pet per reservation unless pre-approved
• Breed restrictions apply
• Pets must be disclosed and applicable fees paid
• Pets may not be left unattended
• Must remain off furniture
• Must be current on vaccinations
• Aggressive pets are not permitted

Failure to comply with pet policies may result in additional fees or cancellation without refund.

Great, relaxing location and amenities!

Love the house and the location. We had a few windy days(which helped cool it down) and some very calm days. Enjoyed the amenities and all the little things in the house that made our stay comfortable.

Great weekend watching volleyball in Yakima. Sauna and cold plunge were great and a nice way to relax after a long day in the gym.

Awesome Place- Spectacular View!

Had a fantastic stay here. Hunter was a great communicator and a perfect host and everything was a smooth. The house is modern yet very very cozy and comfortable and has all the amenities for a great stay. The Heated floors, Hot Tub, Sauna, etc. really adds to the experience. One of the places we have ever stayed at!

Wonderful views and amenities

If you are looking for a quiet place just an hour and a half outside of Seattle. This is the best place with gorgeous views and great amenities. All the appliances are high end appliances with everything you need to prepare a meal and have the best time with your family. The owner is always on top of things, if you have any questions. Most likely will come back in the summer to spend quality time at this place.

The initial impression with the small living room windows was a bid disappointing and the sauna is extremely small/not hot enough. Overall the stay was great and the place grew on us by end of the stay. It was a great getaway with this location not too far from home.
