Newly Renovated Home w/pool - 5 minutes from the beach!

Our newly-renovated split-level home is ideal for groups of 6-8 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Located in downtown FWB, our home is close to all the action of the Emerald Coast!

The Space:

The main level features an open floor plan that includes the kitchen, dining and living space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal.

The open living room features ample seating and lounge space, a dining table for 8, cozy coastal decor and a large flat screen Smart TV to stream your favorite movies and shows.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking/kitchenware for all your cooking needs. The stainless steel appliances, gas range and large island with bar seating are perfect for any chef. Off the kitchen step outside to the large covered patio to catch a breeze with an evening cocktail or morning coffee by the in-ground pool.

The upper level has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a King bed complete with a full ensuite bathroom with large walk-in glass shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a full bath just outside the room.

On lower level you'll find a third bedroom, laundry room, and bonus room. The bedroom opens up to the back patio and pool and has a half bath. The bonus room is the perfect space to watch a movie our a big game on it 75" Smart TV. The large sofa folds out to a queen bed if an additional bed is needed. There is also an Air Assault stationary bike for a great workout!

Unwind and grill by the backyard pool and fire pit after your day at the beach or on the boat. You'll love how peaceful the family neighborhood is and the quiet street. Walk to the nearby park or to Downtown Fort Walton Beach.

Our driveway is large enough for 4 cars. Two of the spots are covered by a carport.

The house is 0.5 miles from Downtown FWB, 1.5 miles to Okaloosa Island Beaches, 0.25 miles to our neighborhood boat launch, 12 minutes to Destin and 10 minutes to Eglin AFB's main gate.

House was very clean, and well equipped. Lots of storage. Beds were super comfy! Easy to communicate with owner.However, the pool was dirty and freezing! Only a half bath on main floor for one of the bedrooms. Pool guy showed up (not on day owner said) and never announced himself, just went into backyard, scared my 6 yr old to death.

Excellent location

My friends and I really enjoyed your lovely property! The location canā€™t be beat as far as going to the beach or into Destin or just local shopping. It also happened to be right up the street from one of my favorite restaurants Don Chaā€™s! That was a welcome surprise! The check-in process was seamless and we thank you so much for allowing us early access. Your property is beautiful and if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay.

Great stay for senior trip

Took my family and a couple extra friends to Destin/Ft Walton for my daughterā€™s senior trip. She wanted a place with a pool and where her and her friends would have their own space and this house was perfect. The girls had the lower bedroom and living space to themselves and me, my wife and other two kids had the rest of the house. The house was very clean and beds and furniture were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and is located very close to the main road that takes you to the beaches. If youā€™re looking for a house with a pool rather than a condo I would definitely recommend this.

We loved everything about our stay. The house is roomy and updated. We loved the way the living area was decorated and the kitchen was very well done. The pool and backyard was perfect. We were there for softball and the fields were right down the street. We went to Destin multiple times, which was a quick and easy drive. If we ever go back we will definitely be looking at staying here again.

Overall decent stayā€¦

We had a nice stay at this location as the house was accommodating as I was able to cook meals easily in the kitchen. Communication was good and check in was easy and convenient. The pool was nice to have as well. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and convenient to our location and the bedrooms were comfortable. The dining and living area are nice and open. The house was clean but could use a deep clean in some areas (bathrooms and rugsā€”lots of sand leftover). The owner told us upon checking about the noise from washer and dryer but it was still unbearable. Lots of mosquitoes, flies, and roaches were also alarming. As far as roaches, we did reach out to owner and she offered to send someone to spray but we had already brought our things inside and weā€™re settled and did not want to combat bug spray in the house, as that needs time to settle and air out.It would have also been good to know the yard guy was coming to cut grass, as there was a note about the pool maintenance and trash schedule along with someone coming without notice to put together the fire pit (a heads up was given about delivery and where to put it).

Convenient location. The house is within minutes of anything you would want to do. Beautiful home,nice pool, plenty of seating on large patio. Only complaints would be getting down to second living area. We are all in our 60s and failed to see very short step down. We would definitely stay again.

Family Spring Break Vacation

We as a family had a wonderful stay at this home. The location was perfect whether you wanted to visit the Destin area, or go the other direction to Navarre Beach. All mere minutes from the home. The kids enjoyed the pool and the neighborhood was extremely quiet. Had a few question for the host and he responded immediately. Defiantly a 10 out 10 experience with this property. Fall break.

When we first arrived we had a little bit of a hiccup. However, William was able to get it taken care of right away with a quick response. The location worked out perfectly for us as we have family in Mobile and Bonifay. The house had everything we needed and was close to all the beaches, shops and restaurants. The kids loved the pool and all the pool toys.

Good 2nd Stay..

This is our second stay at this property. The host is great to work with and is very responsive. The house is nice for the price but does need some small upgrades. For example: master bathroom shower and sink do not drain, the pool deck is very slick and needs some type of grip for the concrete, the fridge takes awhile to get cold on first use but is okay after a day, dryer doesnā€™t work (host was working on fixing it) and the floors/couch downstairs need a good deep clean. We had a baby with us who crawled and was covered in black dirt within the first few hours. However, this property is exactly what our family needed, a house with a pool that fits 3 families. The location is great and the house is beautiful. Thanks!

Perfect location

We were in town for a travel ball tournaments the house gave us a great location since it was near the ballfields and places to eat. The pool was perfect for evenings so we could relax before another day of ball. Will was a great host and checked in to make sure everything was great. Definitely will stay again if we have another tournament.

Will was always available. Check in was convenient. The house was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool daily and the backyard. The location is close to everywhere. The neighborhood is very quiet. Kitchen was well set up with accessories and appliances. We will stay again.

Wedding Party House

Our group came to Fort Walton for our friendā€™s wedding. Most of our group was in the wedding and wanted to be able to stay together. This house was perfect for our large group. We took full advantage of the pool and grill. Will was very quick to respond and also very kind throughout the booking process and during our stay. If we find ourselves back in Fort Walton with a group of people, we will definitely be staying here again.

Awesome host and home

Great little place thatā€™s well maintained and updated. The pool right outside was such a nice added feature. Location was great for the main stripe in Destin, the only thing we could figure it was a beach to walk to vs drive. Grocery store is right up the street as well. We ended up using the air mattress provided as the pull out bed was a bit too thin for comfort. Will, the host, was fabulous and very helpful throughout our stay!
