ADDITIONAL RULES:

○ By booking this property, you are agreeing to sign our rental contract & provide your email address after booking so we can send you our rental contract.

○ Upon booking you are also agreeing to providing your photo ID and completing our screening process through Safely.

○ Minimum age of primary renter: 30

○ Quiet hours go into effect at 9:00 pm, No amplified noise or musical instruments outside.

○ Parking is limited to 6 cars in the driveway at the property.

○ Standard occupancy is 20 guests, and maximum occupancy is 31 guests. Each guest exceeding the standard occupancy will be charged an additional guest fee of $30/night per guest per night.

○ Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee with prior approval.

○ Renter shall not store/park any trailer, boat, mobile home, RV, camper, machinery, equipment, or commercial vehicle on the driveway or street.

○ Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Written approval is required.

○ For bookings made within 48 hours of check-in, we do our best to accommodate regular check-in time of 4pm but it could be as late as 6pm.

This house is amazing! It had every amenity we could have asked for. We had four different families staying and there was something for everyone. The house was clean. The beds were very comfortable. Towels and toiletries were provided. There were 3 sets of washers/dryers which allowed everyone to leave with their wash done. In addition to the house being spectacular, it was centrally located to many different activities. I highly recommend this house. You will not be disappointed.

The house was everything we could have hoped for during our friends reunion. We had 16 adults stay at the house. It was more than enough room for us all to stay under the same roof yet space out. Kitchen is very well stocked and had everything we needed. The house was very thoughtfully stocked and decorated. We worked with the property management concierge to book a sunset ATV excursion as well as a private chef one night. We would definitely stay again next time.

It was one of the best family vacations we have ever taken. We would love to return.

The house was beautiful and offered privacy for each family. We loved the activities it offered, especially the game room.

Amazing Property!

We had a large group of friends stay at this property and it was more than accommodating for us. The house was exactly what we needed and more. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a 10/10 stay.

Christmas week with the whole family. 21 in all.

The layout of the kitchen, sleeping areas and entertainment were great. It handled our group (21), diverse (6 months to 79 years) wonderfully.

The best weekend ever

This house had it all! Group of 18 with kids and adults. So many amenities and activities for young and old. The pool is huge. The game room is awesome. Location is literally perfect. This is a must for any large groups.

The house and all the amenities were awesome!!! The property manager did a great job and communicated with me throughout the process for a very enjoyable stay!!!! I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants one hell of a place to stay!!

BEST PROPERTY IN ARIZONA!!

Words cannot describe how THRILLED we all were to stay at this BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE RESORT! This house was the highlight of our trip and was HUGE, CLEAN, HAD TONS OF AMENITIES, and HAD EVERYTHING YOU NEEDED!We cannot express enough gratitude to our property manager, Kaitlyn, who welcomed us with open arms to this property and was available any time of the day to answer our questions! We are beyond grateful to her as she was very kind, professional, and whole heartedly nice person to have take care of us before and during our stay!! Thank you for everything Kaitlyn!This place deserves beyond a 5-star rating and is a 10/10 recommendation if you are ever in the Scottsdale area!

Great house with amazing backyard

We had a wonderful stay! Home is nicely renovated and decorated. Backyard is a fantastic spot to play with your friends and family of all ages. Would definitely stay here again. It is off of a busy road, but didn’t seem to notice it from the backyard.

Fantastic!

This home was stunning and perfect for what we needed. Lots of space so we didn't feel cramped, the neighborhood was nice, and the whole process was simple. The owners were very nice, checked in with us a few days before, and were available for any questions we had. We will definitely be renting from them again!

Great Property and Great Management!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in AZ. The house and property were exactly as described on the listing. Photos were accurate and the house was spotless. We contacted the manager several times to ask questions and they were always available and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family in the future.

Scottsdale Boys a golf trip

Out 50th year of golfing and we rented this palace to commemorate. Amazing accouterments for the kitchen, gathering places everywhere (fire pit, outside, pool) and a games room perfect for poker with TVs to watch sports. Quality kitchenware and the concierge arranged a chef and bartenders each night. We were spoiled and the property management is extremely detailed and on the file! Thanks for having us and we decided 51 will be here again. Ken

What a beautiful home!

Beautifully appointed home. Check in process was seamless, the kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked all meals. The pool was heated, the courts were great and the game goom was a popular hangout with the kids. We were close to downtown Scottsdale and had a relaxing time. The small little house was perfect for the couple with a baby. If I could give ten stars I would. Thank you for wonderful family memories.

RECO Retreat

Our Real Estate Company had a Retreat at this beautiful house. We had 20 people and it fit us so well! We loved the game room for meetings and fun, we had a pickleball tournament and enjoyed the the fire pit at night. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware and pots and pans. There was also spices in the pantry as well!! Kaitlyn was amazing and so easy to work with! We highly recommend staying at this VRBO!!

Great Family Vacation

We had a great time at this house. We had 3 families stay with a total of 13 people. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed and more. The game room provided a great hang out for the kids. Plenty of room inside for gathering and having dinner as a group. Large pool with plenty of outdoor activities for everyone to enjoy. It made it very hard for us to leave the house. The guest house was an added bonus if you need a small place to separate pets or possibly a baby. We cannot wait to return next year!

Great Golf Weekend!

Came with a large group of guys for a golf weekend. The house is located close (driving) to golf courses, parks with tennis courts, bars, and restaurants. The house itself was immaculate - very clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, towels, and even a bundle of firewood to get the first bonfire going. We loved the game room for an evening game of poker and pool, the pool was heated nicely during the entire trip, and the pickleball/basketball courts were well-maintained. The property manager Kaitlyn is a special shouout. She was exceptionally communicative, friendly, and helpful throughout our entire trip.

High end property for the discerning traveler

This place was perfect. I've stayed in a lot of places all across the world and it's clear that this one is professionally managed with a high attention to detail. The property is expansive and everyone was afforded their own space. It was immaculately clean and well taken care of. There are several areas to hang out and enjoy and all are comfortable and fitting for one person or ten people. Usually you find that you are missing something or something is lacking. They thought of it all here. The kitchens were well stocked with everything you would need for a large group. All types of glassware and plasticware for every beverage type. All the kitchenware you would need but not so much that it's in disarray and poorly maintained. They had all the balls and paddles you would need for the outdoor activities. The basketballs were even properly inflated! The game room was stocked and everything was in good shape which is pretty rare. We were hosting a retreat that required heavy use of the internet. On the second day we had some internet issues that would typically be hard to understand and solve. The property manager was unshaken, quickly found an answer, and offered some solutions. She followed up frequently and even offered to deliver a Starlink to us in case it still wasn't good enough. My only suggestion for improvement is to replace the dressers in the rooms with something of better quality. An electric kettle to go with the coffee grinder would be helpful too.
