This Vacation Rental offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is a Queen sized bedroom located downstairs which shares a bathroom with the rest of the house. The Master Bedroom is also located downstairs and features an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, there is a King sized bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two bunk rooms. The first bunk room contains 2 Twin Trio Bunk Beds, sleeping up to 6 people, and it shares a bathroom with the second bunk room. The second bunk room contains 1 Twin bed a Queen bed and a twin trundle with a shared bathroom. The loft area includes a 75" TV with an Xbox One, so the family can enjoy some quality entertainment.

Fun vacation!

We had a great time at our rental house. There were a couple minor problems but the rental company was on top of fixing everything and it didn't affect our stay at all. The house had more than enough room for all of us and the community pool was a huge hit!

Graduation trip

I will start by saying the house was nice. The items we found with issues eventually got resolved, but it took several days. When we arrived, we opened the garage door to bring our stuff inside. There was some sort of black sludge all over the floor. We went out back and the two lounge chairs were broken, and the remote to the outside TV could not be found. I texted them to let them know. They asked me to take pictures of the chairs and send them to them which I did. They said the remote should be behind the TV. It wasn’t. They said they would have someone come power wash the garage, that did not happen until two days later. We were going to barbecue that night and there was no propane. I texted to let them know that and they didn’t respond until the next day. They refilled the propane the same day they did the power wash. On the second to last day we were there. We were watching TV in the living room and all of a sudden the screen just went out. I texted to let them know. They said they would take a look at it. I told them it would likely need to be replaced at which point they said they would have to get approval from the owner to do that. At about 3 o’clock in the afternoon the next day someone showed up to replace the TV. Ultimately the house was well situated, loved the community pool, loved the swim spas! The beds were comfortable the carpet throughout the house really needs to be replaced. And there were several stains on the couch in the living room.

We love this place

This is the second time we have stayed here and we will probably stay again. The 2 swim spas are better than a pool because they are heated, deep enough to play in and have the jets of a jacuzzi. The house is big and roomy. The location is quiet and peaceful.

Wonderful getaway property

We had 17 people 10 adults 6 children 7 to 18 and one adult with special needs. Everyone was accommodated greatly, plenty to do and plenty of room.

Superstar Stay

Above all else, Red Sands is the best company to rent with! The house and property were fantastic, but if there are any questions or minor issues...the team is responsive and helpful. I also appreciate the stocked pantry items like oil, salt, pepper, seasonings, etc...and the stocked linen and cleaning supplies. It is a thoughtful touch.

AMAZING!

This house was beyond amazing! To start, every room was decorated so well with all the functional things you might want. Then there were games everywhere! ping-pong and basketball in the garage, giant tik-tak-toe upstairs next to the Xbox, put put set in the backyard! But the biggest was the double massive pool hot tubs! I’m talking two 12’x20’ 5’ ft deep in ground tubs side by side! Incredible. I’ve never seen anything like it and it made the trip for our kids and us.

Very Good

The property was lovely, well kept and perfect for our family. We enjoyed using the swim spas and the pool. Our only complaint was that the WiFi didn't work the entire weekend and we were unable to use the TVs or Xbox. Be advised that cell phone reception is also not great in this area. Overall great place to stay and we would stay here again!

Such a great house in a convenient location, easy access to the interstate but feels quiet and secluded. It was a perfect get away! Beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a great stay! The kitchen has everything if you want to stay in and cook. The garage/game area is such a nice touch with a tv out there, as well as outside by the spas. We loved playing mini golf in our own back yard and relaxing in the spas every evening! This is by far our new favorite rental in the St George area!

Awesome!!

We had 18 youth 12-18 years old, plenty of room privacy and entertainment!! The two swim spa's were a hit, and the mini Golf course in the back yard was over the top! We also loved the location, it's super easy to find right as you get to stgeorge. We could travel any direction easily. We will definitely stay here again!!

Nice and fun place!

This property was such a fun place to stay. We celebrated our twins 16th birthday here and had a great time in the swim spas while watching movies, playing mini golf, and playing games inside when the weather turned on us. It’s very spacious and provides a good atmosphere to be in.
