Locu Sala - Studio Type House - 'Ūsiņa'

Introducing you to our recent addition to the collection of the houses – a private cottage that can accommodate up to 4 guests. This cozy cottage has everything one needs for an escape from the city
to reunite with nature.

This is a private studio cottage equipped with a kitchenette and a bathroom. As you enter the house you find yourself in the entrance area, with a wardrobe on the right, entrance to the bathroom on the left and
a kitchenette in front of you. The kitchenette is equipped with everything necessary for the cooking - all the utensils, a two ring cooker, a small fridge, a sink. After passing the kitchen area and the exit to the terrace, which is furnished with outdoor furniture, one can see the main living area – a bright room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a sofa bed and a dining table with chairs.

Moreover, there is also a little attic with two extra sleeping spaces on two single mattresses, the attic can
be accessed through steep stairs, and so take a good look at the photos to make sure it suits your group if you are travelling with small children or anyone who could find it difficult to climb steep stairs.

The house has everything prepared for you to start your vacation, including linens, towels, TV, Wi-Fi, guide book, and of course the self-catering possibility in the kitchen. Please note, we have several houses of various sizes which may fit different needs.
