Centrally located in the heart of downtown Lancaster, walking distance to the BLVD coffee shops, and restaurants, movie theaters, and minutes away from Hwy 14 entrance!

This is a cute 450sf newly constructed standalone guest house situated in private gated yard. Gated parking available through the alley access. It offers a fully stocked kitchen with brand new top of the line appliances, washer and dryer, luxurious modern furnishings, 2 ductless AC/heater, 45" smart TV with spectrum TV services, fast mesh network WiFi (~450Mbps), comfortable memory foam queen bed, bamboo pillows, etc.

While we do vacuum and mop the floor every single time, but we don’t require guests / cleaning crews to take off their shoes while in the house. Therefore, we don’t recommend going barefoot in the house.

The house will be professionally cleaned before each stay with clean linens, toiletries, and everything else you'll need for a comfortable stay.

The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7 around the perimeters of the house. Make sure to put down the correct number of guest who will be staying with you in the reservation and informed us through the app if there are any changes in advanced.

Please note, you will be sharing the backyard with guests from the main house. We will ask everyone to respect the privacy of each others and our neighbors, no outdoor activities during the quiet hours between 10:00pm to 8:00am. For insurance purpose, please put down the exact amount of people who will be staying after midnight. Finally, our backyard is still work in progress, we are currently planning on the dream outdoor space. You might occasionally see our landscaper come in and work on the yard on the weekly basis.
