Spread out in this expansive large modern home with a huge well stocked kitchen with double oven and oversized farmhouse dining table. Relax inside by the gas fireplace as you watch a movie or play board games with family., Enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks on the screened in porch with beautiful sunset views. Walk outside and enjoy the outdoor firepit with firewood stacked and available only feet away for your convenience so you aren’t gouged at the grocery store and have to dirty your car (we kindly ask for donations to keep up with gas and log splitter maintenance). Soak in the hot tub or take a stroll down the beautiful valley. No need for charcoal as the weber propane grill is ready to grill out at a moment's notice on the porch for your family BBQ! We have a selection of board games, Roku TV's and Starlink internet to surf the web or stream from your favorite streaming apps. The property is approximately 15 minutes from the gorgeous mountain towns of Sylva/Dillsboro, Bryson City, or Cherokee Reservation. Close to the Harrah’s Cherokee Casino, Great Smoky Mountain Railroad, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. You will have access to the entire property and main level.

A note to guests: This property is accessed by a single lane gravel road. There is a steep driveway which is paved for your convenience. Guests should have no issues accessing the property in nearly any vehicle. Use caution if visiting during winter when ice/snow conditions are present.
