Charming 3 bedroom home on the New River

C and J Cottage is located in the New River Gorge National Park, the newest national park. There is access to Sandstone Landing's patio alongside the New River, just a short walk down river from the home. The home is a fully furnished home with outdoor seating, a fire pit, and a beautiful river front view. It is a great starting point for exploring all the beautiful sites and attractions that southern West Virginia and the New River Gorge have to offer or a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing stay on the river.
To get to the home, you will go across railroad tracks, we are near the railroad tracks. It is in a small, friendly neighborhood. You can walk to Sandstone General Store and Eatery to get any necessities you may have forgotten for your trip or get a meal.
If you plan to fish, there is also a bait and tackle store. Be sure to have a WV fishing license to be able to fish, though. The Sandstone public river access is right by the house. You may see people going to the river at the public river access as well as people putting their boats in the river.
An extra that we provide our guests is access to the Sandstone Landings patio on the river, this is a shared space with our Sandstone Landings guests. It is just a short walk down river from the home. The upper level of the patio is equipped with a dining table and chairs. Lower level of patio has outdoor furniture to enjoy the river view or to sit in while you fish in the New River.
