Petit Cozy Beach Bungalow— 5 min walk to the beach

Welcome to our newly renovated small 835sqft 2-story beach bungalow. Our home now features a lawn fully equipped with grill, fire pit and outdoor dinning seatings for up to 4 people (we have extra chairs for seating if you have more than 4 people ) Thoughtfully designed with the highest Wi-Fi speed to stream up to 7 devices simultaneously, 55 inch smart TV in the living room, with 2 additional smart TV in all of the bedrooms. A cozy get away from home, with a 5 min beach walk. This home full bathroom is in the master bedroom and the .5 or half bathroom is in the second room upstairs. This vacation home was specifically designed for small families and couples, ( which explains why the full bathroom is in the first room /master bedroom.)but we welcome everyone to come experience what this home has to offer. The parking spot can fit two cars but maybe a little tight. If you have more than 2 cars please let me know and I will direct you to other places to park.
Location description

Master bedroom description
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and also consist of a papasan chair for relaxation.
Note: The full bathroom for the whole house is inside the master bedroom.

Second/upstairs Room description
The upstairs room has 2 single beds, and a .5 bathroom, with office chair and desk for work. A big bean bag is in the corner of the second room for rest, reading or quiet time while you can still enjoy the view outside while you relax.

Kitchen description
Kitchen is equipped with all the necessities for cooking, and
also stocked with coffee, creamers, and tea.

Living Room
There are board games in the coffee tables, for family night.
Other things to note: This is a small get away beach property.


Parking spot description
The parking spot can fit two cars but may be a little too tight for 2 SUV’s or trucks to fit, but it can definitely fit 2 compact cars, or 1 SUV and a compact car. If you can’t fit in the 2 SUV you can park right in front of the house. If you have more than 2 cars or 2 bigger vehicles (Trucks/SUV’s) please let me know and I will direct you to other places to park.

Only 2 blocks or a 5minute walk to the Buckroe Beach, 25 minute from Busch Gardens, Virginia Beach and various Newport News beaches. 15 minutes from Ft Eutis, Naval weapons station yorktown, and Langley Airforce base. Less than 30minutes (depending on the traffic) to the Va beach Broad walk. Newport News airport is minutes away and Norfolk international airport is only a15 minutes drive
This home has a separate unit attached to the front. Please do not disturb the neighbors. A cozy home away from home. Take a short walk to the beach or explore the many fun attractions in the surrounding area full of shopping, eating, entertainment, and so much more!
