Located on the Pagosa Golf Course and walking distance to the Club House. Easy access through the Pagosa Lakes area and convenient to shopping, dining and entertainment.

This is a multi-level home with 3 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. On the main floor you'll enjoy the large and naturally light living room with a nice size couch to enjoy the company or watch TV. The dining area is open to the living room and the kitchen and opens onto the beautiful covered deck. The kitchen is large and very well stocked and ready for your family meals. The deck is the perfect place to hang out, overlooking the golf course with outdoor seating and a gas fire table.

Up a half flight of stairs are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has a king bed, large closet, great views and large private bathroom. The second bedroom has a king, large windows, and nice closet. The full bathroom is adjacent in the hall and is the common bath for use from the main floor.

The large loft has a game table, a TV and plenty of seating, perfect for games and just hanging out.

The downstairs level has a private suite with direct access to the rear yard, hot tub, and golf course area. This room has a king bed and 2 twin beds for a private area for a small family or the kids to stay in one room. There is a full bathroom in this area.

The 2-car garage is available for use and there is a bonus half bathroom in the garage. There is also room for 2 cars out front.

This home is pet friendly, 2 dogs max, no cats. 35 lb limit. $75 per dog fee plus $100 refundable deposit per dog

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.

This home is located in the PLPOA area which allows access to each of the private lakes and a fishing permit is required to fish in any of the Pagosa Lakes. If you are looking for a great Colorado getaway, then this home is perfect for you.

A great location for an extended weekend stay in PS. The home is fabulously well appointed and the layout perfect for three couples with each bedroom having their own bath. The deck and hot tub overlook the scenic view of the golf course, we could not have had a nicer stay. The property is pet friendly which is just one more of the added bonuses. The management team was very accommodating with communication and offers with help if necessary. So prompt and professional. This property is a five star gem!

Great house, beautiful views out the front and back. The house is better than the pictures. Convenient location to restaurants and shopping in Pagosa and probably a 35 minute drive to Wolf Creek. We would definitely stay here again.

Best house for a winter vacation

Loved every minute of our stay. Radiant heat in the flooring and garage was awesome. We went skiing at Wolf Creek and use of the garage was so nice loading and unloading our stuff. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook. Views of the mountains on the deck were beautiful. Can’t wait to go back

Beautiful home. Great location.

The house is lovely. Plenty of room for the whole family. Great location. Amazing views. We also loved soaking in the hot tub after skiing. The property management company is great. They keep in contact with you and are really responsive.

great spot for a ski vacation

The management company was very responsive in sending details and answering questions we had prior to our stay. The home itself was very clean and in excellent condition. Its got a good amount of space for a family or friend group. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and the full propane tanks for the table/heater on the deck made it comfortable to eat outside while enjoying the beautiful views. The labels on drawers, cabinets and switches was super helpful. The home is in a good location, minutes away from grocery stores one direction, a short drive into town the other and its about a 30 minute drive to Wolf Creek ski area. The hot tub was perfect for soaking after a long day on the mountain.

Lovely house with great outside space

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I chose this as we wanted a good outdoor area to use for a family vacation and was not disappointed. We spent our mornings and evenings on the balcony watching golfers and deer around a great table and a casual sitting area. The house was clean and the beds comfy, the kitchen was very well stocked. Great that we could use the 2 car garage. 3 bathrooms was a plus for us. There are mini split A/C units in the main bedroom and the dining room. The other upstairs bedroom and the downstairs bedroom were a little warm but leave the windows open in the evening and use the fans and it feels cooler. Great location overseeing the golf course, very quiet road. Great view of the stars as there is no road lighting. Questions were answered by the management team very promptly.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful setting and thoughtful amenities. The deck overlooking the golf course quickly became our favorite spot to unwind — perfect for morning coffee or an evening under the stars. The private hot tub was an added luxury! The house itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. We especially appreciated the pet-friendly policy. Garage parking was a great bonus! Despite the fact the home was just minutes from great restaurants and local shops, it had the feeling of a secluded retreat. We loved being so close to everything while still enjoying complete privacy and quiet.A special shoutout to our guest liaison, Natalee, who was exceptional — always quick to respond and genuinely helpful with anything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Perfect Mountain Home!

My family of 5 loved our spring break trip at this lovely home! A few highlights: the home is so clean and tidy, even the lint trap was spotless! The owners are so kind allowing the use of the garage, packing up on chilly mornings to head out to ski, and the garage was warm! Each afternoon we would come home and enjoy the lovely, spotless hot tub! The kitchen is well stocked. We loved watching sports at night on the large tv in the cozy living room. Management company was great. We came home one afternoon and someone, had rolled the trash bin out to the street for us, and back in the next day. It is obvious this home is well loved and cared for. We loved walking the neighborhood in the afternoon, such beautiful sunsets across the street. When I first started looking for rentals in the area, I came across pretty new builds, more updated, with shiny kitchens and bathrooms. Don’t be deceived…this is the perfect mountain home! This was our first trip to Pagosa, and we will definitely come back to this home! We celebrated my sons 10th birthday on Tuesday :) thanks for an awesome stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of four adults had the privilege of escaping the Texas heat in this very comfortable, beautiful home on the golf course. There was not one thing we would have changed. It was well equipped for cooking meals regularly and eating on the covered deck was memorable. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone.the home and yard are well maintained and lovely!The neighborhood is close to everything and the people we ran into were very friendly. Our host, was very responsive when the dryer went on the Fritz early in our stay. We highly recommend and are so grateful we chose this home!
