Situated at the foot of the Wasatch Mountains in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, this charming basement Guest Suite has everything you need for your stay in Salt Lake City.
Amenities Include:
-Kitchenette with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishes. There is no stove.
-Living room with TV
-Bedroom with a comfortable king bed
-Bathroom with shower
-Shared laundry room
-WiFi
-Entrance through garage (code will be provided upon reservation)
-Ample amount of parking space
The space
Whole basement is yours. It is private. We just remodeled our basement. It is immaculate clean. Very comfortable bed. No pets, please.

The host is a real estate agent. For guests who are considering moving to Utah, we will be happy to introduce them to the Real Estate market and give a tour if they are interested.

The stay was great! Tatyana and Ed were very welcoming and friendly! The space is very Eastern Euro style, meaning it's not big, but it has everything that you need. Our only regret is that we were so busy with the event that we were in town for, we did not get a chance to chat with Tatyana and Ed. But we are most certainly very happy that we decided to stay at their property! Richard/Des/RJ

Best stay we've had to date

The apartment was ideal for our stay as far as location and convenience. It was the nicest place we've stayed in by far. Very clean, very comfortable and very nice over all. The host's where quite pleasant and make sure we were well taken care of. Communication was good with clear instructions on how to get in and out, where to park etc. Overall I can't recommend these folks enough. Five Stars

FRESH AND CLEAN

This VRBO was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly communicative and helpful. They promptly provided the address and even checked in on our safe arrival.What truly stood out was their exceptional kindness and flexibility. They offered us garage space and were so understanding when we had a slightly unusual request to borrow some tools. When our plans unexpectedly changed and we needed to extend our stay, the host was incredibly accommodating, working with their cleaning schedule to ensure we had the extra time we needed. Their communication was clear and prompt throughout the entire process, and they were genuinely caring and supportive of our situation. We especially appreciated their reassurance about not needing to worry about cleaning before we left.Beyond the host's wonderful hospitality, the property itself was immaculate. It was the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in, and the linens were incredibly fresh. A fantastic bonus, especially for Salt Lake City, was that they have treated water, which was a noticeable plus. The small touches, like letting us know about ear plugs in the nightstand, were thoughtful and showed their attention to detail. We left feeling so grateful for their hospitality and understanding during a stressful time. We highly recommend this VRBO for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with an exceptionally kind and accommodating host. We will definitely be booking again if we are ever back in the area!

Great stay

We were only in SLC for a short weekend. This rental was perfect for what we needed. It was a short drive to everything we needed. The check in and out was easy, the place was lovely, and the host was readily available for any questions we had. I would definitely book this again.

Super convenient and affordable stay!

The place we stayed at was excellent for the price. Had a very easy drive to the slopes with good food all around us. I would definitely stay here again. The host also was super communicative..

Christmas weekend

Stay was nice the home owner answered all questions and was nice and clean. Only thing to note is the bed is firm just to let people know that dont like firm beds

We will always respect your space, but also enjoy interacting with our guests. The level of interaction is completely up to you.
We are fun, friendly, and are here to assist you in any way that you may need. We are also very knowledgeable locals, so you can come to us for recommendations for your visit to Salt Lake City. My husband even volunteered at the Salt Lake Visitor Center so he is full of ideas for your stay.
