Newly built and conveniently located close to downtown Forks is your perfect base camp. This home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath providing an open floor plan, tall ceilings, WiFi, workspace, fenced in back yard, and ample private parking. You are sure to feel comfortable at your home away from home between all of the local PNW adventures! Look no further!
More about the inside space: This home is newly built with a modern design and layout. The layout of this home is very open and allows ample room and not to mention, tall ceilings in the common areas. Comfortably sleeps 6 people, with a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. There are 3 beds; 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 double sofa bed. The kitchen is supplied with all needed pots and pans for cooking a meal and the essential spices for cooking. Included is an oven, stove top, microwave, coffee pot, fridge, dishes and silverware.
More about the outdoor space: This home has a covered deck, fenced in back yard, and fire pit. You are sure to find yourself outside during nice days roasting s`mores.
More about the location: 4 minute drive to the heart of downtown Forks, 26 minutes to La Push, 45 minutes to Lake Crescent Lodge, 50 minutes to Hoh Rain Forest Visitors Center, 52 minutes to Sol Duc Hot Springs Resort, 1hr 10 min to Port Angeles.
We will be available as needed during your stay.
The surrounding neighborhood is quaint. Located close to town but allows for plenty of privacy.
We recommend having your own transportation.

Only use fire pit if you have adequate experience and know how to keep the fires under control and operate them safely. Use them at your own risk.
Local fire-ban ordinances must be observed with regards to the fire pit. Care must be taken to keep fires under control and to a reasonable size.
This house uses a septic system; ONLY toilet paper can be flushed, and please take care to minimize food going down the drain in the sink.
Because we keep the home sparkly clean for you, we kindly ask that you lend a helping hand. Clean any dishes used, put dirty laundry in hamper, you know the basic stuff... It helps keep the cleaning costs down for you and future guests.
We`re keeping the floors clean for our guests, please no shoes in house.
Accidents happen, when they do please notify us as soon as possible. This is the best way to ensure the return of your security deposit.
No illegal drugs allowed, it`s the law.
Please be respectful of our neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 9:00pm and 8:00am.
Please help mother earth. Turn lights and accessories off; heat at 65 degrees when not in use.
Storm: No refunds will be given in the event that a storm or severe weather conditions limits your accessibility to this home or causes a power outage. We recommend all-wheel drive/four-wheel drive and/or chains during snowstorms. We do not refund due to road conditions; however, we will assess this case by case and are willing to compensate accordingly to make it fair for both parties.
No smoking is allowed indoors.
We are honored you decided to choose our home, however if your goal is to throw a party this is not the destination for you.
We have a generous stock of food and condiments for your use. Please check freshness dates, be aware of your own allergies and sensitivities, and consume with discretion. We we do not take responsibility for the food and drinks you consume.
Dogs 50lbs or less allowed. Please pickup pet waste, no dogs on furniture, and pets must be kept in site and on leash at all times.
Running an hour late? Want to stay an extra hour? Should be fine, just let us know in advanced.
- PERSONAL ITEMS: Please check the home for any of your personal items left behind. It is extra work for our cleaners to gather the items, take them to the post office and ship them. For any items left behind we are happy to mail them out however there will be a $50 charge to pay for our time.
- VRBO & Website Bookings: There will be a Security deposit for $500 held against your card 48 hours before arrival. If no damage is reported by staff, this will be released 24 hours after checkout.
-Refunds take 5-10 business days to process.

License to Occupy Only; No Landlord-Tenant Relationship.
Guest acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement creates a revocable license to occupy the Property for transient lodging purposes only. This Agreement is not a lease, does not convey any real-property interest, and does not create a landlord-tenant relationship under any state or local law.
Primary Guest Responsible for All Occupants.
The individual who books the reservation (āPrimary Guestā) hereby accepts full legal and financial responsibility for (a) themselves, (b) all other guests, occupants, invitees, visitors, or persons allowed onto the Property (āAdditional Guestsā), regardless of whether such persons have signed this Agreement. Primary Guest represents and warrants that all Additional Guests shall comply with all rules, policies, and terms of this Agreement. Any breach of this Agreement by an Additional Guest shall be deemed a breach by the Primary Guest.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primary Guest and all Additional Guests shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Owner, Property Manager, and their respective members, officers, employees, agents, and contractors (āIndemnified Partiesā) from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, fines, penalties, attorney fees, or costs arising out of or related to:
(a) Guestās or any Additional Guestās use or occupancy of the Property;
(b) violations of this Agreement or House Rules;
(c) personal injury, death, or property damage occurring on or about the Property;
(d) actions or omissions of Additional Guests, invitees, or third parties allowed onto the Property.
This indemnity applies even if only the Primary Guest executes this Agreement.
Responsibility for Unauthorized Guests.
Primary Guest is responsible for ensuring that no person enters or occupies the Property unless disclosed to Owner or Property Manager. Primary Guest shall be liable for the conduct, damages, and violations caused by any unauthorized guest, whether known to Primary Guest or not.
