Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Amazing Bradenton 1-level home. 3BR plus an amazing garage conversion w 3 twin beds (bunk w trundle) garage space converted w AC and space heater. Updated and ready to enjoy. Fully outfitted with all you could need for a wonderful beach vacation. Brand new swimming pool! Minutes to AMI, Holmes, Long Boat, and Siesta beaches. Lots of shops & restaurants to enjoy!

I have a local team to assist with any issues that may arise during your stay and am very available via the platform messaging or text.

A quiet and safe residential area with mostly permanent or non-short-term rentals. So please plan to be quiet and relaxed vs. rockin' the house til the wee hours of the morning.
Other Things to Note:

🔇 NO parties or loud music; $500 fee - Quiet neighborhood 10 pm-8 am
🐶 Dogs; $250 fee 1st pet - $150 fee 2nd pet - Proof of up-to-date vaccinations required for Service Animals
🌊 - Pool heat; $25/day
🚭 NO smoking or vaping (incl. tobacco & marijuana); $200 fee
🙅‍♂️ No unregistered guests (all guests must be on the reservation); $100 fee for each unregistered guest - please double check your registration information at the time of booking and before arrival and let us know of any changes.

🔧 Let us know immediately if you accidentally break or damage anything or if anything isn’t working as it should. We strive to keep the property in 5 ⭐️ conditions.
🥩 Please check propane levels when you arrive. There is a spare tank for you to use; if you use the spare, please let us know so we can fill it after you checkout. We will gladly reimburse you if you have to run and swap the tanks.
💵 Late check-outs are not permitted if you do not leave by your scheduled check-out time of 10 am there will be a $40 late check-out fee charged.

Perfect location, and great house!

Thank you! we had a great time here at Aunie's Place! It was everything that was described, and more! Super clean, well stocked, and such a great location. Pool was great! Loved our time here, and would definitely return if we come back to Braderton.

Perfect family haven

This property met my expectations. Our 4 year old grandchild got over his fear of pools. Perfect swimming pool. It was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again!!

Tranquil Retreat

A national sports tournament brought use to town and due to hurricane damage, we were unable to stay in another property. The attentive and proactive host, Christy, reached out to schedule us at this property. Between games, our family was able to relax and recharge in this tranquil setting that was well appointed and met all of our needs.

Perfect vacations

Our family vacations were excellent, the house was beautiful and comfortable, the person in charge of serving us was very attentive, always willing, Bradenton, we loved the spectacular beach, just one thing that we are going to point out to the owner, the fence on the left that adjoins the neighbor It should give it height, since, when the neighbors go out to their backyard, it takes away privacy from the hosts of the house

Family vacation

Our family stayed here, we did have some issues with the tv, but we didnt bother the management with the issue bc we were on vacation and knew we werent going to be watching the TV much. We did do a little cleaning when we got into the place, but the house was great over all. We loved the pool and the extra towels. We had a big family with our grandkids and they had alot of fun using the pool and plenty of room at the table for eating. The location was great to everything. Would stay here again for sure.

Great Spacious houses in a quiet neighborhood

It was a well appointed house with plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen. The dining room had enough seating for all of us. The pool was a nice bonus with a good patio and grill. The curtains to the queen bed off the dining room need to be black out curtains. It was a very bright room when trying to sleep. We had an issue with the pool not feeling heated. We did ask about it and she thought it just felt cooler at the end of the vacation because the days were cooler as well so no one was sent to check it. Granted it was only a 7 month old pool so I understamd her hesitation to believe something was truly wrong But It turns out the water level was too low and the jets werent working at full capacity (they were.making a funny gurgle sound that the neighbor even mentioned) and that was found out through the twice a week pool maintenance visit. We were disapointed it wasnt looked at right away because the kids couldn't enjoy it being that cold. But it really was a nice space with plenty of room for everyone and we enjoyed our time there.
