This is a terrific "Home Away From Home" for remote work or as a base for visiting So. Cal.

Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is a charming house that we're sure you'll enjoy staying in. More than a sterile hotel room, it's a well appointed home to live in.

It's location in Old Town Torrance is convenient to LAX, South Bay businesses, beaches, shopping and sporting venues. There is ample free parking in front of the house and it's centrally located near the 110, 405 and 91 freeways.

This property is very nice and beautifully furnished. Our group used every bedroom and had only good things to say about the beds. Kitchen is well equipped. This house was exceptionally clean. We enjoyed using the front porch and strolling around the neighborhood which is very charming. Hope to stay here again.Stayed for 4 nights May/2026

Great value and comfort

My friends and I enjoyed our stay, the property was clean and everything was organized well. Nice quiet residential area with restaurants coffee shops and bars nearby.

Quiet little bungalow

Super cute little place. So close to everything!The whole family enjoyed relaxing, cooking, the pups enjoyed the yard. The neighborhood seems safe and quiet. The house had everything we could need amenities, tools, supplies for our stay. Its was so wonderful I highly recommend staying here!

Our hosts were kind and caring and went the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay. I stayed in the home for several days after my hip surgery because it was near the hospital and all on one level. The little house in Torrance was perfect because it was warm and cozy. Everything was easily accessible, and it was stocked with all the necessities. There was also a lovely patio w/ tables and chairs perfect for dining outside. The home had a calming and healing energy, so I felt safe and secure during those first few days post surgery. The neighborhood was also peaceful and very quiet!

Fantastic location

A wonderful stay

We were very pleased with the stay! It’s in a great location and the hosts were responsive and accommodating! It is well priced for all it includes. Home is a little dated but that adds to the charm of it and makes it more homey! We would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Highly Recommended in Torrance CA

VERY well equipped and a perfect 3 Bedroom home. We cooked many breakfasts and dinners and found all the pots, pans, dishes, etc. GREAT stay - highly recommend!

Beautiful house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It has a very cozy at home feel that made us all feel comfortable the moment we entered the house. The neighborhood is very family friendly with a lot of families and amazing restaurants. We certainly recommend thishouse! for house to anyone

Beautiful and clean house.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very clean. Everything worked as it should. It was in a convenient location to shopping, activities and a short drive to the beach.

Family Vacation 2023

We found this house as cute and cozy as it’s descriptions listed online. There was everything we needed in the house to make our stay comfortable. We were in LA to visit other family that live in the area. The house was located close enough to family and the beach (my favorite part of the trip). This is a lovely place and we will definitely be back.

Charm and warmth

Home has a strong warmth and charm of yester year with today’s amenities. Home is well taken care of .Beautiful woodwork and hardwood floors. Craftsmanship from a time when carpenters took pride in their work. Quiet neighborhood close to all needs. I will be back .

The house was everything we needed. Location of the property to all of the outings we had planned was perfect. There was coffee left in the coffee pot when we arrived. The floors creak quite loudly down the hallway which woke members of our party that slept in later than others, but given its an older house we couldnt give the property a bad rating. It also had a smell of an older home. Like walking into "grandmas house." It was very comfortable and the space was perfect for our party of 6 with ages ranging from mid 40's to a 4 years old.

PERFECT property AMAZING Hosts FANTASTIC communications between us and Hosts

I’ve rented many properties using VRBO. I have my own property that I rent out. This property and the Hosts Linda & Steve are first class and truly care about us renters and their property. Linda & Steve are the best. Their property is perfect and fully stocked with all that you need to live just like you’d live at home. Even things like sugar, coffee, tea, peanut butter, tons and tons of spices, avocado oil, etc. were all there for you to use. Any questions or concerns I had were replied to promptly, kindly and completely. - Pleasant safe quiet street. - Great propane BBQ with an extra tank so you never run out- Great washer and dryer - Bedrooms and beds are all super comfy- AC and Heat systems in livingroom and all bedrooms and all work well- AWESOME gas stove in kitchen - A great touch to have a printer available - Free roadside parking is wonderful and we always could park in front or next doorThey even made sure we had a full ice cube bucket in the freezer which has an ice maker that works perfectly. There is nothing that doesn’t work 100% All just felt like we were at home. I didn’t want to leave. Only 1 thing to be critical of and it’s so super small. They really should invest in a new 4-slice toaster. Currently there is only a 2-slice older toaster where you have to push the toast down to get all of the bread into the toaster. 60 and this place is a 50/50 star. Currently I rate it at 49.9999 out of 50 stars. THANK YOU so much Linda & Steve
