The Home Welcome to your home away from home! This private walk-out basement apartment offers over 1,000 square feet of comfortable living space with its own ground-level entrance, making it easy to come and go throughout your stay. The homeowner lives upstairs in the main home and is quiet, respectful, and generally keeps to herself, creating a peaceful environment with minimal interaction. As with most basement apartments, you may occasionally hear normal household sounds such as footsteps. The spacious living room offers comfortable seating, a Smart TV with streaming services, a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements, and a small desk that's perfect for remote work. The bedroom features a full-size bed and ample closet space, making it easy to settle in during a longer stay. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower with no bathtub. The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking with a two-burner hot plate, apartment-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker, sink, cookware, and dining essentials. While there isn't a full-size stove or oven, you'll have what's needed to prepare simple meals during your stay.
Outdoors Enjoy the convenience of a private ground-level entrance with no stairs to navigate. A dedicated parking space is available directly in front of the home for easy access. The shared backyard offers space to enjoy the outdoors or let your dog stretch their legs. Please note that the yard is shared with the homeowner and is not fenced.

The homeowner may occasionally access these areas, and some noise is possible. • Maximum of two dogs allowed. - A $75 pet fee applies per dog and will be added to your reservation. - Cats are not permitted. • A signed rental agreement is required after booking. • The thermostat is located upstairs and is controlled by the homeowner, who maintains a comfortable temperature throughout the home. • Laundry is not included but may be available upon request on a case-by-case basis. • The decorative fireplace is not operational. • Smoking is not permitted inside or anywhere on the property. • USPS mail delivery and mailbox access are not available during your stay.
