With its separate entrance and no stairs, it's ideal for a comfortable stay. Conveniently located near downtown, military bases, and hospitals, it's the perfect place to settle in.
Welcome to this spacious and comfortable ground-floor rental unit, located in the basement of a residential home. The main-level resident is considerate and you'll have minimal interaction. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance and designated parking. With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and ample storage space, this 1000 sq/ft rental accommodates all your belongings. The compact yet well-equipped kitchen includes a 2-burner hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, apartment-size refrigerator, and sink. The large living room offers plenty of seating and a sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements. Stay entertained with the Smart TV featuring On Demand, Hulu, and Netflix. If you need to work, a small desk area is available. Dog owners are welcome, as there's a shared, unfenced backyard for walking your furry friend. This clean and classic home ensures a comfortable and enjoyable short-term stay.

-Please note that if you choose to bring a furry friend (max of TWO pets), there is pet fee of $75 PER pet that is calculated into your reservation.
-This property is on the lower level/basement of the home, there are no stairs and there is a ground-level entrance.
-A Signed Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. We will provide a link to complete the agreement once the reservation is confirmed.
-There is no thermostat, the temperature of the home is kept quite comfortable, and the owner has access to the thermostat and will adjust as needed.
-Laundry is not included with this rental but the owner may make an exception to this on a case-by-case basis.
-Fireplace is not operable and is for decoration only.
-You may hear noises from the main level occupant, ie. walking around, etc. There are 2 dividers in the basement 1 between the kitchen/and the home's laundry room/garage and the other near the bathroom hallway and the closed-off part of the basement. The homeowner may access these areas of the home and you may hear Noise, but the space is private.
-No Smoking Inside or Outside.
-Travel Insurance Comes with your booking automatically, no need to purchase additional insurance from VRBO.
-Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
-Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.
