Nice Getaway

Nice place to stay. Directly across from the beach and very close to all the shops. The condo was clean and plenty of room for our group.

Vacation Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Legacy Condo. Location great and accommodations. Would stay again. Would have given it an overall 5, but was missing check-in info before arrival. It was quickly resolved by Stacey when brought to her attention.

The condo was not cleaned upon arrival but the ladies showed up and did a great job. Once we got settled in we had a wonderful stay and will be coming back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is the best! Living room furniture with 2 recliners and a couch that has recliners! They are more comfortable than fancy uptight modern furniture! Bathrooms are huge! Shower is prefect for all sizes, lolBeds are a little to firm for me and pillows where very flat. But I still slept like a baby.. The swimming pool and area is kept clean as is the whole property. And you have the best parking place reserved for this condo!The view from balcony is perfect and it’s a large balcony with 2 loveseats and table with chairs. Definitely a great place to stay!

Pros and cons

Pros: view as described, deck large and comfortable, neighborhood good. Cons: communication with rental agency was not good. They did not reply to one of my questions, I initiated every interaction, we were never checked on. The staff at the condo were not helpful. They said they didn't know much about this rental agency. There was one person at the gate that was friendly and helpful. Once in the condo we found some things that could be improved. Carpet and upholstery on chairs need to be cleaned. Decor is outdated and falling apart. (Pictures that are hanging on walls have cracked frames and prints falling out). The kitchen is filled with mismatched, cheap and overly used dinnerware, pots and pans and glassware. Lots of plastic! Lots of small appliances cluttering the countertops. All needing a good cleaning. We were privided with 2 dish towels and zero dish clothes for a 10 day stay. Moving on to bedrooms. Master bed is super soft (ie. Wore out.) I could feel the springs on my hips. Pillows are flat, bedspread is pilling and scratchy. Second bedroom has obnoxious decor, flat pillows, very small tv. To the bathroom we go. Master bath is spacious. Tub looked like it had sand in it, shower had mold in the corners. Less than 2 rolls of TP provided for a 10 day stay. No hair dryer. Towels need to be replaced. Very thin, only one face cloth. If you rent this unit be prepared to provide for yourself. Do the pros outweigh the cons? You will need to decide that on your own.

This review is NOT for 602t2. This is for 802t1. We do apologize for your issues and wish they were brought to our attention during your 10 day stay. We could have made things right for you the best we could've. This is not a hotel. The people that work at the condominium are through the HOA there and have nothing to do with individualy managed condos. There are washer and dryers to use. Also every condo gets a start of amenities. ex toilet paper, paper towels...... We don't bother our guests. So that's why every interaction was initiated by you. I do apologize that one question was missed. I will pass the info along to the owner so that they can determine if they will upgrade/change decor. I hope that despite this you were able to have a nice time. 😊
