We had such a great time! The house is beautifully decorated and furnished, has a TON of space, so many different entertaining areas, and was overall a really great place to stay for a family vacation. Would definitely stay there if in the area again!

Sam's property was accurately described, clean, neat and conveniently located to my family in the area. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, jacuzzi and playing pool in the evenings.The kitchen could have used some basic supplies, like coffee filters and sugar, but we were lucky to have a supermarket and Dollar Tree close by.Thanks for your hospitality and we will return, if traveling as a family group again.

The perfect family stay!

Amazing property. Something fun and comforting for everyone. Our kids loved the pool and games. The adults really enjoyed the large kitchen, TV's, and space.

Sprawling and wonderful!

I highly recommend this wonderful accommodation. First off, Sam is a terrific host, so responsive, attentive and considerate. The house has everything one might want or need, but when you add the pool table, foozball table, and swimming pool, now you cannot help but describe it as magnificent. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the general area has plenty of activity and dining options. Location wise it is very accessible to airports and beaches. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. You won't be disappointed!

Great accommodation

Wonderful home for hosting family with kids. We enjoyed all the amenities. Our kids enjoyed the games offered and outdoor activities alike. Host is very accommodating and also very quick to make our stay a memorable one. Money well spent!

Great Stay!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and great for what we wanted. The pool and hot tub were a highlight for us to hang out in. Beds were very comfy, plenty of towels for use, and kitchen had what we needed. Location was convenient to what we needed such as grocery store. Owner was very responsive to the minor issues we had or questions, which was much appreciated. Would certainly stay again!

Great House

lots of room, modern, very nice. If I had one suggestion it would be to let the hot tub get above 90 degrees. It's not very effective at 90.

Amazing house much better then expected

The pool was amazing i loved sitting in Jacuzzi with the beautiful view. We loved the design of the house. everything was clean and organized.

Golf and Business Trip

The location was great, and property was as advertised. The host Sam was very responsive when I reached out and handled anything we needed very quickly. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub in the evening and BBQing on the new charcoal grill. Lots of room and TV's in every room making it enjoyable for all. Really only a 10-20 min to really anything you would need or want to do.

Great stay at a great house

This house is completely as advertised. Pool and hot tub, large TV’s everywhere, kitchen had everything we needed. The house was clean and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable in every bedroom. Neighborhood was quiet and safe and close to shopping dining and any convenience you might need. We will come back to this property. Owner was very responsive to any need we may have had and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort during our stay.

Great house!

If you are looking for a place with plenty of entertainment onsite this is a great place. It's a little far from the beach but not a deal breaker. Hard Rock is about a 12 minute drive. Had everything we needed.

Amazing Home

EXCELLENT Stay! Great House Great Host

We were a group of eight and this house was perfect and more than adequate. The master bedroom and bathroom or humongous. Every room had a large screen TV the pool and outdoor living space was a fantastic place to hang out. I could not recommend this property enough. Beds were extremely comfortable as well. A++ rating

Nice place to relax

Amazing Host

Family Time Together

Property is amazing. Extremely clean and the layout is perfect for a family of 8 to spread out and enjoy both the outdoors (in ground pool & outdoor space) along with indoors when the weather doesn't cooperate (Pool table & Foosball). I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice quiet peaceful neighborhood, but yet close enough to the beaches and other entertainment destinations.

Spacious house, great for families

This is a great house for families: the rooms are spacious, there are large TV's in every room, appliances are new, plenty of seating, a large dining table and some baby gear (baby bed, high chair) and the beds are very comfy. The outside space is very enjoyable, the pool was warm and the Jacuzzi hot. The host was super responsive and took care of a few missing items in a matter of hours. There are some beautiful iguanas living in the garden

Florida Basketball particvipants

We play in a tournament every May in Coral Springs, so finding a 4 bedroom home with at least 3.5 baths, a pool and a hot tub that is close to the tournament site can be challenging. This home was spacious, clean and up to date with newer appliances. Sam was very responsive to our needs, and our week there was enjoyable.

Perfect Space for Family

We came to Florida for a 90th bday party and the family all stayed together at the house. (The party was NOT at the house lol). The bedrooms were a spot on configuration of what we needed. The large kitchen was our gathering place. The outside area with pool and hot tub were amazing and we could have just lazed around all day. I felt kind of bad having to message Sam a few times about bits and bobs that weren't working but he was very nice and handled/solved the small issues immediately, even sending someone out to the house at night to fix the hot tub (wasn't working for a few hours). Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic house

This house, and was perfect for our family to spread out and enjoy the pool and hot tub in the backyard and also playing foosball and billiards during our stay for my daughters wedding. It was so nice to have a crib and pack and play for my young grandson’s and we loved the iguanas on the rocks behind the pool. Sam was incredibly attentive to any of our needs! I would highly recommend this house for anyone! Tom

Great place

Very nice, spacious house. We really enjoyed our stay. The outdoor pool area was a great way to cool off in the evening. Or warm up in jacuzzi in a colder weather. Or BBQ. Or simply relax in shaded area and watch some tv. All amenities seem to be brand new. Large new TVs in every room and even outside. The host responded very fast to any question we sent… excellent overall experience

Worst experience ever!!

The host, Sam, was well aware that we were bringing 2 boats with us because this was a family fishing trip. Within an hour of our arrival (Saturday evening) the neighbors had called law enforcement to tell us we were not supposed to have boats parked in the yard. Officers said we would be ok until at least Monday when Code enforcement office opened. Monday at 8am Code enforcement officer placed warning on door and the host told us to get out and our reservations had been canceled. The host, Sam, also told us not to contact him anymore. The $450 worth of groceries we purchased were ruined now because we did not have anywhere to put them. We did finally receive a partial refund after emailing an agent. As for the home itself, the bathroom sink was out of order, the fans in the bedroom could not be ran without light being on, eye on the stove would not work. Just a bad experience!

House was amazing

The house it self was beautiful. The 4 bathrooms 4 bedrooms was exactly what we needed. The pool table and foosball table was a great touch an awesome to come home too. The master room did get very hot at night but we think its because the temperature was set for 73 at night. One of the showers drained very slow but we was so busy we didn't have time to plunge it which probably would have solved the issue. When we arrived the pool was filled eith sticks and leafs (there was a storm days before we got there) but we contacted Sam and he made sure to take care of the next day. The house was very clean and had enough house hold items and toilet trees. He even had toothbrushes with toothpaste and bars of soap. He also had shampoo and conditioner in all the showers which was a good touch. We also loved that the house was so spacious. All the rooms had BIG flat-screen even outside which was awesome. Also it doesnt state it here but you have to contact the owner for the times you want jacuzzi on and heated and what days but he was very prompt so it wasnt a problem. He did have a garage that we couldn't use but he left the side gate open for us for our motorcycles which worked. There's also a lizard who lives in the rocks near pool who hung out with us the entire time so we nick named him/her Iggy. He didn't like us close but we became friends from a distance lol. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you again Sam!

Eine tolle Woche in Cooper City / a wunderful week in Cooper City

Lieber Sam, vielen Dank, dass wir Ihre Unterkunft mieten durften. Die Unterkunft war wundervoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben das Haus mit zwei Familien für 7 Tage bewohnt. Wir hatten zwei Kleinigkeiten, um die sich Sam sofort gekümmert hat. Das Grundstück liegt in einer ruhigen und tollen Gegend. Der Garten mit Terrasse und Pool ist sehr schön angelegt. Ein Tischkicker und ein Billardtisch bieten die Möglichkeit sich die Zeit zu vertreiben. Ein Highlight für die Kinder war die Leguan-Familie, die im Garten wohnt. Wir konnten unsere Ausflugsziele schnell erreichen (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, die Everglades, Boca Raton und Sawgrass Mills). Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft und Sam, als Gastgeber, nur weiterempfehlen! Dear Sam, thank you very much for letting us rent your accommodation. The accommodation was wonderfully furnished and very clean. We lived in the house with two families for 7 days. We had two little things that Sam took care of immediately. The property is located in a quiet and great area. The garden with terrace and pool is very nicely landscaped. A foosball table and a pool table offer the opportunity to pass the time. A highlight for the children was the iguana family, which lives in the garden. We were able to reach our destinations quickly (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, the Everglades, Boca Raton and Sawgrass Mills). We really enjoyed the stay and can only recommend the accommodation and Sam, as a host!
