This exquisitely designed home has a style all its own. Discover a space that is at once in the city yet in the midst of nature & serenity. This home features an open-plan layout, neutral tones, contrasting wood finishes, wraparound balconies, and ultimate rooftop space complete with a hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor kitchen. 6 beds + [1 Q air mattress] & 4 full baths available. 2.5 miles to downtown! Escape into nature, explore Broadway, come get inspired!

The home is in a residential area across from Vinny Links golf course and in the middle of Shelby Bottoms park and a Frisbee/Disc course. Located in East Nashville, all sorts of celebrated restaurants and bars in town. All this and minutes from downtown Nashville. The design and floor plan will allow guests to experience a new feel and perspective on every floor. Wraparound balconies and a huge rooftop add to the personality and character of this truly unique home.

There is a total of 3 floors.
Bedroom 1 Plus, First floor: 1 Queen bed plus SEPARATE room with 2 twin beds (DayBed room) with its own door. Full Bathroom right near both rooms.
Bedrooms 2, 3...Second floor: 2 bedrooms with a queen bed & in-suite full bathrooms in each room
Bedroom 4, Third floor: Another bedroom with Queen Bed (Queen air mattress can be placed here upon request) and Full bath right outside bedroom.
The house has 4 full bathrooms

East Nashville is an eclectic, artistic & vibrant area of Nashville that has Nashville's top restaurants and bars but is also minutes from downtown Nashville itself.

Although buses are available - car or UBER/LYFT are best options.

5 stars for sure!!! The host was outstanding! She answered all my questions. Stephanie, manager, helped me light the BBQ grill and Fireplace she was amazing (great energy). The home looks exactly like the photos. Its very spacious, decorated beautifully, and has everything you need stocked. The rooftop was amazing with the hot tub and firepit. We saw fireworks from the rooftop for New Year's (so cool). Definitely returning to this beautiful home.

Absolutely beautiful house! Plenty of room for my family celebrating my daughter’s wedding. And lots of space for bridesmaids getting ready. Had perfect weather and we were able to enjoy the rooftop. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms large and kitchen big for cooking and hanging around island. Definitely lots of stairs but highly recommend! Communication and response time with management was outstanding.

The only issues we had was trying to find missing remotes and locating the correct light switches. The house was beautiful, clean, and it was described properly in VRBO.

Wonderful stay! Neighborhood felt very safe. Perfect distance to downtown, quick and reasonable uber ride. Stayed with a group of couples. We all had our own space and privacy. The rooftop was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend! Will not hesitate to come back.

Great place, loved all the wrap around porches and the view from the roof top is great. Location was fantastic for going to the stadium, easy in and out. 10min to down town Broadway. Will be back again!

Fabulous trip to Nashville

We stayed here for a couples trip for a 50th birthday and it was the perfect house for us. House is beautifully decorated and stocked with all the things we needed for a Bbq on the roof one night, and brunch for everyone the next morning. Loved the sunsets on the rooftop and the ample amount of room we had for 8 of us. Very quiet neighborhood and would highly recommend if you’re looking for a beautiful home in Nashville.

This place will NOT disappoint!

Myself and 11 others stayed here, although the online listing looks PERFECT when you arrive it’s even better than expected. Well kept, clean, everything you need for your stay, the manager responds quickly, and the location is PERFECT. Never an issue getting an Uber/Lyft and they are very reasonable to and from. Lots of hang out spots in the home. Perfect for large groups. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! We will be back.

Wife’s 40th bday

Our trip to Nashville was for my wife’s 40th bday party and I wanted a place for everyone to stay in the same place but still have enough room if they needed a breather from the group….this place offers all of that and more. We had more than enough room and were very comfortable. The only down side is that it was so hot that we didn’t get to use the rooftop but the inside was so nice we didn’t need it. House is in a great location and set up great for large parties.

Stunning property

Stayed at property w/my family consisting of a 20yr old 16yr old and 6yr old and some family friends. Easy check in/out.Tons of space for everyone. Property has several gathering spaces which is nice; green space for younger children to run and play, 3rd floor is great for teens and older to hang out. Roof top has amazing views of city and mountains very tranquil and serene. Primary bathroom is amaazing! Have a daughter attending college in Nashville, will definitely book again!!

Great house in a great location...

This house was perfect for our group of 10+ adults. The first floor with the kitchen, couch area and dining area is a great gathering place for meal prep and visiting. The second floor has 2 master suites that have good space and large bathrooms. The third floor has a large rec room with a bar and big screen TV. The house allows everyone their space and ample room to socialize. The gem of the property is the roof top access with hot tub, fire pit, lounge chairs, and grill area. The roof has an unobstructed view of the Nashville area and the downtown. This area is great for grilling and hanging out. The house is located on a quite street in a nice neighborhood across from a golf course. Also, the property is only a few minutes from the downtown area with easy access by car. Definitely a 5 star stay.

This house was a amazing and beautiful! Kitchen was stocked well with dishes, pans, and utensils! We stayed for 7 days and there was enough paper product provided. I think there should be better towels for use of jacuzzi. They were small and not very thick. Very close to downtown, rode bikes there one day. Nice bike trails to do so. We also rode bikes in Shelby Park and it was a huge park with views of the river. We also golfed at the golf course right across the street. Golf was super cheap. We spent $30 for 9 holes of golf and that included our rental for the clubs and cart. The beds we ok, they we comfortable enough but some had plastic to protect the mattresses and it made a lot of noise. Enjoyed out stay!

Beautiful Home - Close To All Things Nashville

Please note: we rented this property directly from the owner. At the request of Xenos Guest-Friend, the company that has taken over managing this property, we are providing our review but it does not reflect any experience with this company. The location of the property is very close to Nashville and we were 5 sixty-somethings and felt safe in the area. The home is beautifully decorated, comfy beds, great showers and we had what we needed for our stay. Most of the bedrooms do not have access to the closets but the owner provides hanging racks for hanging clothes. 2 of the b/r did not have them so asked the owner to include those for future renters. The rooftop is amazing but unfortunately the weather did not cooperate for us to use it. Dhru was responsive and very easy to work with. Would highly recommend this property.

Great place to spend Thanksgiving

The house is huge and gorgeous! The furniture and beds are very comfortable. There wasn’t anything we reached for that wasn’t there. The house overlooks a park along the river, which is beautiful. Unfortunately, right on the other side of a river is an absolutely massive industrial area. This causes a persistent, low throbbing hum 24-7 and during the day during the week there is a near constant beeping of trucks, backing up and moving around. The sound really bothered some of us. If you’re sensitive to sound, don’t take the master suite in the front of the house though it is gorgeous! The bedrooms in the back did not have any issues. Though we were here in late November we got lucky with the weather and so spent a lot of time on the rooftop terrace. The hot tub and fire pit were well used and much appreciated. Suggestion for the owners to get a table that can fit the number of guests the house can hold. There were 9 but the dining room table only seats four people. On the rooftop terrace the table only holds six though you could squeeze more in. The table and chairs on the first floor are lovely but they’re just too small for the size of the house. Loved the books! An impressive selection of excellent books. We added a few to the collection.
