Welcome to The Boathouse at Water's Edge! We're excited to welcome you to one of the most desirable spots on the Blue Hill Peninsula. Water's Edge has three private homes on the property, one of which we live in. You'll enjoy ocean views, sailboats, fisherman and the occasional yacht sailing by. Recently remodeled in Spring of 2025 the Boathouse is a the perfect getaway for a family or group looking to make memories. There are 4 bedrooms all with queen beds and ample closet space. The 2 primary bedrooms have ensuite baths. The Nautical and Sail Ahoy rooms share a bathroom. The boathouse has many unique and fun coastal touches that you'll love! In addition, we've converted 2 of the garage bays in a game room that features a TV and ping pong table. The game room is easy access to the lower deck as well. There is a fire pit with a Yukon Solo Stove and 8 Adirondack chairs for smores and more. You'll enjoy the luxuries of home and maybe even more including a Wolf Coffee Maker, Bodum Grinder, Kitchenaid Mixer and Beverage Wine Fridge. You'll even enjoy Blue Tooth speakers in the bathroom vent fans.

Each bathroom comes with a hair dryer. In addition we have Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Body Lotion from Pharmacopia.

Travel light and take advantage of the beach chairs, cooler and beach towels we provide at no additional charge.

We've got outdoor games like bocce and corn hole and everything you need for a lobster bake.

Note this is a home above a garage and requires that you go up and down stairs.
