Beautiful property in a beautiful neighborhood. Very clean. Very neat. Had to reach out to get entry codes since I hadn't received them by the check in time. A TV in the bedroom would be a great addition.

Great place to stay in Petworth

My family of 4 had a great stay at this rental. The location was perfect for us, allowing us to be close enough to visit with family in the area while also being close to the Metro that allowed us to get downtown to do some sightseeing. The rental had handy little signs to help us find things we were looking for, and was clean and had enough space for us.

Peaceful and Pristine

This was my third stay at the property. The location was perfect for me and there are neighborhood restaurants and coffee just a short walk away. The apartment is pristine and the bed is comfy. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this one.

This was the perfect apt. for what my girlfriends and I needed. Place was immaculate and directional signage was spot on. Hosts thought of everything. Only negatives were there wasn't a sheet big enough for the futon in the front room, and the coffee maker didn't work unless you held down the top, but those were very minor inconveniences we worked around. I'm confident the hosts would have handled these issues if we had raised them; they just weren't big enough issues for us to do so.We would absolutely stay here again!

Pristine and Convenient

This was the second time I stayed at the property. I visit family in DC often and this apartment is very convenient for me. There are some nice neighborhood restaurants and cafes a short walk away. I highly recommend this property.

Short Stay in Petworth

The location was in a great neighborhood that my wife and I just loved and it was pretty close to the metro. We even talked about living there one day! Jacie and Jason thought of everything. The white noise machine really made us feel at home since we usually use one when we sleep. We could not have asked for a better VRBO!

Comfortable, clean and supplies in apartment. Enjoyed this apartment, space to enjoy each other’s company. The Host were accessible and even place ice melt on sidewalk..will stay here again on next trip to DC. Metro was short walk.

Excellent place

This place is exactly how it looks in the pictures, very clean. Communication with owners was excellent and prompt. There was no incidents or issues to report, but everything was shared away ahead and very detailed. I highly recommend this place, and there is no single thing that needs to be noted. Thank you for having us as your guests!

Fantastic

This downstairs apartment truly was perfect. Clean and modern, with little instructive signs throughout that help navigate a new place (where towels are located, etc.). Owners were friendly and very responsive. We had 3 teenagers and everyone had their own bed, including a surprisingly comfy, huge blow up mattress. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay here was really great! The place was very clean and super cute! The only problem was the bed was very uncomfortable. The queen mattress has really big indents, making it really hard to sleep with two people without both of you sliding into the middle. We had a hard time sleeping well. Also, the futon in the back room is tiny and very uncomfortable. Our two kids slept on it and it was fine, but no adult would be able to sleep on it. The hosts were very kind and always very quick to respond to any messages. Everything about this place is awesome besides the beds.

Wish I had more time!

The property is a rare find! I highly recommend this place, the owners made me feel right at home. They created a welcome sign with my name and messaged me as soon as I arrived to welcome me. Additionally, the location is near so many attractions in D.C. It was better than I could have imagined!!

Home away from home

This home is extremely clean, well maintained and inviting! The hosts are attentive and accommodating. Throughout the home there are discreetly placed instructions that made our stay easier which was greatly appreciated. It made us feel more welcome, as we didn't have to bother our hosts or wait for answers. The location is also great. The property does sleep five. However, we found the air bed (which is on site) more comfortable than the futon. Overall, I highly recommend the property! We will stay again if ever back in the area.

The apartment was beautiful but it was over shadowed by the host forgetting I was coming. When I arrived I was told he forgot I was coming and the apartment was not ready. He said it would be a few hours because he was hosting guest. Mind you we were in contact earlier that week because I tried to add an extra day to my reservation but he said he was already book and they would be checking out the day I'm arriving. What else you do not find out about until you get there is that yes there is street parking but doing the week. It is a max 2 hour street parking between 7am-8:30pm. So I spent so much time trying to find other things to do when we wanted to go and rest from spending the day touring colleges. The host mention that they live above and you can hear some nose. That is an under statement. It was extremely loud and at times my son thought someone would fall through the floor. I was a gorgeous place. I just don't think I will ever book with them again.
