It’s clear that we missed the mark in ensuring the property was in the best possible condition for your stay. The issues you mentioned, such as the dirty dishes, scattered trash, and the condition of the furniture and yard, are unacceptable, and we take full responsibility for this lapse. We are already addressing these concerns with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure that these problems are resolved and do not recur. Additionally, we’re looking into improving the quality of the kitchen utensils to enhance the cooking experience for future guests. Your feedback is valuable in helping us make these improvements.
