Hiking and mountain biking trails are walking distance from the home with plenty of shopping and dining options close to the home. Easy access to Sky Harbor airport, downtown Phoenix and Tempe. Watch the hummingbirds during the day and the stars at night from the backyard oasis.

* Lush backyard oasis with a garden, fruit trees, patio seating, infared sauna, outdoor grilling and dining areas, mini putt golf & corn hole area, hammock and sun lounging areas, six seated fire pit area, hummingbird wall murals and cactus zen garden area.
* Yoga/movement/exercise studio features full length studio mirrors, a Roku Tv with bluetooth soundbar, a floor seating tea lounge area and local art pieces. Yoga mats, blocks, blankets, and games provided in the studio.

Excellent stay. Comfortable and serene, while still within easy reach to Sky Harbor and main highways. Lovely backyard, excellent kitchen amenities, comfortable bedding, great quality towels. Have I mentioned the bidets… ? Great surprise amenity. Definitely recommend property. Host was easy to communicate with and accommodating.

This property is amazing. . . inside and out!! Not only is it in a convenient location, but it’s also super clean and comfortable. The host provided every amenity I could possibly need (or even think of) in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and in the beautiful outdoor space (including the sauna!). The host was easily accessible and made sure we were ok. I highly recommend this property and plan to return.

The location was close to everything we wanted to do and the house was so fun. Super spacious backyard that was amazing to lounge in. The host was very accommodating and friendly. 10/10 would recommend staying!

What a neat home! Beautiful property with plenty of things for our multi-generational stay. My mom enjoyed the backyard oasis. We hiked the Mormonhead Trail, and the kids loved playing cornhole, golfing, and lounging on the hammocks. Highly recommend!

Lovely house! Very comfortable for our family and convenient to the airport. We really appreciated the space in the back and all the activities! Wish we had more time to enjoy it, but our stay was short. Convenience to the airport was great!

Host allowed us to enter early and drop off bags before heading out to a concert. Enjoyed the hike at Mormon trail nearby. Relaxing back yard.

The backyard is stunning!! Pictures don’t do it justice! The neighborhood is a lil older and parts ran down but felt safe inside. Was clean for the most part but a few small things could use more attention by cleaning crew. Overall, spacious, beautiful and relaxing home (the bidets were loved by everyone, nice touch !).

The home is just as pictured (clean, bright, great backyard). Ryan is a courteous host and popped by to help when the door lock acted up. Nice location with quick access to things in every direction.

Our experience went perfectly! The host was quick to respond, friendly and helpful. The backyard layout was phenomenal. The interior was clean, everything was easy to find and the decor was spot on, water pressure was strong, beds were very comfortable. It felt like home.

The house was wonderful! The kitchen had everything we could have wanted! The beds are good and bathroom very nice. The backyard is fun with lots of shade. The neighborhood is varied with million dollar homes close by but the Nextdoor neighbors homes could use some TLC. Don’t let that affect your decision to stay here- it’s a great place and a great host! A/C worked great -

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

I was born and raised in Phoenix and grew up close to South Mountain. My Dad's family’s home that him and his siblings grew up in was a few miles away from this home. Back in the mid 2000's, I felt the call to buy a home and in 2009 after looking at many homes, I finally found this home next to South Mountain and knew it was the one. This home became a gathering place for artists, musicians, gardeners, and other community members over the years. A lot of love was put into the property and it went through many upgrades and transformations. After watching the hummingbirds feed out front and perch on the Chinese Elm, it became the retreat space now called The Hummingbird House.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The location with mountain views from the front and backyard made me fall in love with this home. It is perfectly set on a small culdisac, walking distance to the trails. Shopping and dining is down the street, yet while your in the neighberhood you feel detached from the big city. All the touches and love put into the spaces makes it a unique, comfortable home that offers an unforgettable experience.
