Enjoy the open floor plan and luxury log cabin feel with tons of space to spread out. The main floor features a master suite with a king bed with on suite, steam shower, flat screen TV, a great room with a beautiful floor to ceiling stone fireplace, flat screen TV with surround sound, large dining table, fully stocked kitchen, powder bathroom, covered deck with natural gas grill & gorgeous mountain views. The 2nd Floor has a secluded second master suite with king bed and on suite bath. The lower level has the 3rd bedroom with king bed, the 4th bedroom has 2 queen sized beds , a shared bathroom, a 2nd family room with large flat screen TV, a laundry room & an 8 person hot tub on the patio with the same gorgeous views! This home also features a 2 car heated garage great for storing all your gear!!

Catch the free shuttle to Winter Park Resort with a stop just a few steps away from your front door for a day of skiing. Go tubing at the Fraser Tubing Hill. Enjoy a day at the Grand Park Community Rec Center with indoor splash park, water slides, lazy river & climbing wall. Take a spa day at Devil's Thumb Ranch where they also offer zip lining, horseback riding & yoga classes. Go hiking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing or mountain biking in the National Forest with endless trails. The golfing is also outstanding in the area. Only 30 minutes from the gateway into Rocky Mountain National Park & the historic town of Grand Lake!

Very Relaxing 😎

Spacious property, 4 adults,3 children under 12 and there was plenty of room. Beautiful view! Everything you need is there. Really enjoyed our stay here!!

Family Ski Trip

This house is beautiful. Super clean and stocked with everything we needed. Bedrooms and bathroom were all nice and comfortable. Great access to everything and super close to Winter Park Resort. Loved this place!

Better than expected!

5 adults had more than enough space. Kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and more. “Is there a _____?” “Yep, found one!” Corkscrew, lighter for grill, cheese grater…….. every time we needed something, there it was. Hot tube was modern, good jets for sore muscles from hiking and a loooooooong ride in the car. We have stayed at other properties where hot tubs were merely whirlpools but this one was legit. Steam shower was a nice bonus. Would be extra-appreciated for a Winter stay but even in August a steam at the end of the day was a great addition. All reported great nights of sleep in the beds (and this bunch can be picky). View of mountains from the deck and the hot tub to watch sunset. Close- walking distance close to grocery, liquor store, restaurants, coffee shop, and more! Great neighborhood and short drives to anywhere you want to go to enjoy the mountains. Overall- zero complaints and very happy. A great experience. 6 stars!

Beautiful home

This property was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to just about anyone who would like to stay. The rooms were exactly as you see them in the picture.

We had a wonderful time in Winter Park. Home was beautiful and well kept. Owners were very helpful and informative. They helped make our time there, better than we could have ever imagined. Can't wait to go back....

Wonderful house

Russ was an excellent host! He went above to make our stay exceptional. We were close to skiing and tubing. The house was beautiful! We are planning our next trip already!

Daughters and there family's. 6 adults and 4 kids in all. This house was super comfortable and we all had a great time. Russ is great. Very responsive. Would recommend for similar family vacation.

Great Home with Tesla Charger

The home is beautiful with a nice floor plan to gather or privacy to work remotely. Everyone had their own space with comfort and relaxation. The Tesla charger was one of the reasons we chose this place. It provided the needed charge to go wherever we wanted with no range anxiety. We would definitely come back.

Perfect Lodging Getaway

We had a wonderful time and the house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We cooked almost every meal for the week. House was clean, great layout, beds comfortable and super nice! Thank you Russ for being so easy to work with!

What a place to stay!

We had a fabulous weekend in Winter Park! This place is amazing and I almost don't want to tell people about it for fear it will always be booked. We lacked for nothing! The coziest of beds, the most amazing layout and a fabulous weekend was had with friends. We skied, ate, drank, cooked and relaxed in the hot tub! Thank you for a really lovely time.

Perfect Christmas House

We had a party of 5 and all loved this property. It was very comfortable, nicely decorated, conveniently located and was very well stocked with everything we needed. The owner could not have been nicer and more accommodating to all of our needs and questions. We would definitley stay here again!

Amazing House

We had the best time! Russ is so easy going and helpful with any questions we had. No matter what it was, he helped! The house is beautiful, plenty of space for the 10 of us. This will forever be our go to vacation spot!

Fun family vacation spot

Big good looking home with a great layout. Three floors with a bedroom on 2nd and 3rd and two on the first (also has a living room area). Wife and I took the 2nd floor (this is the main floor) with kids and grandchild on the 1st - let us sleep well). In a quiet neighborhood where you can comfortably walk around. No worries about no AC as weather was cool at night even in late July. Russ was quick to respond to texts and phone (only needed to talk once about how to lock a door) Would stay there again.

This property exceeded expectations for style, comfort, and accessibility! Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean.
