Free street parking, a separate entry path, and smart locks make it easy to come and go.

- To access the home, you will need to walk down a paver path (see photos). This may be cumbersome for people with heavy bags. Please ensure this listing will fit your needs before booking.

- Please ensure all guests are accounted for within your reservation. We DO NOT allow anyone that is not accounted for onto the property, even if they do not plan to stay the night. Unannounced guests will result in a $100 per guest, per night, charge to your account AND you will need to vacate immediately.

- Pets require an additional $80 fee. There is a $180 fine for bringing an unannounced pet.

- The washer/dryer combo is designed for convenience. Due to its compact size, please keep loads small. To use, select either a wash, dry, or wash and dry cycle. *Be aware the wash & dry cycle can take over 4 hours to complete* Please do not begin any laundry at checkout.

- This home is in the backyard of a main house; please park on the street, in front of the paver path. Be mindful of neighbors.

- ***For rideshare/deliveries, please ensure drivers do NOT use the driveway or deliver to the main house!! This verbiage is recommended:
“Leave deliveries on the paver pathway (to the left of the main house), at the wooden gate, DO NOT USE DRIVEWAY**
