This is a wonderful property in the west avenues of downtown Kalispell. Great sidewalks available. Close to parks, shopping and restaurants. Large trees for cover and shade along the roadsides.

You will have a keyless entry system at the front door with the last four digits of the cell # used for your reservation.

You are in the center of Kalispell proper; the avenues are a special place. Most shopping centers are a few miles north of the house, however, you are blocks from main street. Plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance.

Refundable $4,000 deposit required for stays longer than 28 days.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

Mid-Way on 3rd is in the middle of it all. Downtown Kalispell and within a few miles of all the shops, eateries and more. This home has been fully remodeled with attention to details! Enjoy the popcorn bar, sauna or the spacious kitchen as you make memories in the great backyard. There are kid games, built in closet systems and comfy couches. You will be able to enjoy the large and private backyard during the summer months and pick your own apples or plums!
