This is a great house. Very clean. Perfect for a large or small group. Nice hot tub. Lots of extras in the kitchen if you like to cook. Nice location. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again when we are back in Loveland.

Our stay at this home was wonderful. It has so much space for big families and is laid out well. The back yard is wonderful with lots of seating! The owners are just a phone call away and communicate so well! You will not be disappointed in this house.

We had the best stay. Your home is beautiful and more importantly very comfortablefor my family. The bedrooms were perfect. The communication with you both went very smoothly. Location was very close to the venue of my niece wedding that we attended. When we come back to Loveland we would definitely stay at your home. We had a wonderful time - lots of space to hang out with family and friends. The house is clean and well organized with all of the kitchen cupboards and drawers labeled. The outdoor area was also beautiful with a lovely hot tub and fire pit. We would definitely stay there again!Thanks to Jeff and Eileen for being wonderful hosts and very responsive to our needs!

Home-Away-From-Home! Excellent Location! Amazing Hosts!

Everything about our stay at this house was amazing! There is plenty of seating for large family meals, whether in the four seasons room or outside at the picnic tables. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, large living room, and the fully-stocked kitchen. We felt so at-home and the layout of the home and bedrooms/bathrooms served our family group perfectly! The hosts were unbelievably hospitable, and from the moment we walked in to when we left there was excellent communication for any needs that arose. I feel blessed that this home was available for the dates we needed for a special celebration in Ft. Collins. It's location is so convenient for Estes Park/Rocky Mountain National Park, Ft. Collins (with it's night life in Old Town and live music scene) and the beautiful scenic drive towards The Mishawaka music venue and Rustic, CO/Red Feather Lakes (whether via the back route through Masonville or through Ft. Collins). I will cherish the beautiful family memories and time we shared at this home!!

Large Family Gathering Home

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious home in Loveland. The layout was perfect for our family of 9, providing plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The neighborhood was peaceful, making for a relaxing stay, and the location was excellent—conveniently close to many attractions, including Rocky Mountain National Park.The only opportunity for improvement would be the main-level master bedroom bed, which was quite uncomfortable as it sank significantly in the middle. A mattress update would make this otherwise fantastic home even better. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet, well-located retreat.

TT December Wedding

This was an incredible property. We have stayed in several rental homes in different times of the year and in different states. Overall, this is one of our top two properties that we have ever stayed in. This one, in particular might be our number one overall because of its location in the city. It was quiet, the neighbors were friendly, and it was easy to get to. Besides that, the home was well stocked, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and super generous. They even left us a wonderful card along with a bottle of wine. That was a classy move.This home was everything as described, and even more. It was well worth the money.

A perfect home four our multigenerational cross country gathering!

Geoff and Eileen are excellent hosts. I reached out to them to confirm before booking that it was all right to have a low-key family gathering and party for my mother’s 85th birthday. This was a perfect home for our family who traveled from all over the country and out Over the week. The backyard is fenced in. which made it perfect for small children the kitchen is well appointed with lovely dining options for inclement weather. The living room has a great big TV to stream family photos. It was easy access to enjoy the mountains and foothills for a day. The beds are all very comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. We will gather and return here.. I’m a professional host so I’m aware of how much they have put into making this song comfortable!

Wonderful & spacious home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! At first the house was a little unassuming. The driveway curb was a little steep and I had to carefully back out as to not hit my bumper. However, as soon as you walked in the house, it was spacious, clean and beautiful decorated. It met all our needs for our retreat. The fire pit was lovely as well. The hot tub was not working correctly, but Jeff was prompt to respond and gave us credit for not being able to use it during our stay. Though it was near a lake, it is a private lake and the trail that we found around the lake was near a busy street. Nevertheless, we did enjoy other parks that were nearby, our favorite being Benson Sculpture Park. It's rare to find a lovely 6 bedroom house at this price point. So thankful for the space and even for the opportunity to have a late check out. Thanks Jeff and Eileen!

Wonderful stay in Loveland

This was a mother / daughter trip to visit family in Colorado, so there were 7 of us and the house worked beautifully. Plenty of room, clean, neat and well appointed. The location was very convenient for everything we wanted to do. Would highly recommend!! Only regret is that we never found time to use the firepit.

Perfect Set Up

This well-decorated, comfortable home met the needs of our group in the area on a business trip, and we couldn't have been more pleased. Each bedroom/bathroom was spacious and clean. The living spaces were great for getting our group together to socialize and conduct meetings. The kitchen had everything we needed and the spaces outside were more than we could have hoped for. This is a great location and I wouldn't hesitate staying here again for either a business trip or for a family gathering. The hosts were quick to respond and gracious in their communications. Thanksgiving family get together

This property was perfect for our family who met in CO from 3 different states. It is very well equipped from the kitchen to the linens, to baby items, to games etc. The 6 bedrooms and multiple living spaces allowed ample room for everyone to be together and yet afford some privacy. Due to the weather (cold and snowy) we were not able to enjoy the large backyard with great seating options and covered patio with fire pit. Communication with the hosts was excellent.

As a real estate agent and property investor, Jeff has remodeled dozens of properties to sell or keep as long-term rentals. He enjoys transforming a property to make it shine! Most recently he has added vacation rental properties in Colorado Springs and Florida, and this one in Loveland. This property is one that he is proud to have brought up-to-date with excellence by remodeling the kitchen and baths, and finishing the basement to enable families and friends to gather together on their vacations. Jeff and Eileen have worked together to furnish and supply this home to be able to extend hospitality to those who would enjoy exploring Northern Colorado.

The house features spacious living spaces inside with a front family room, rear family room open to the large kitchen, and a heated 4-season room. Outside, there's a large patio with picnic tables, bistro tables, an outdoor grill, and a lighted pergola and fire pit for cozy evenings. This home has just undergone a total interior remodel of the kitchen and all baths on the main floor and a brand new basement finish to provide a total of 6 bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths: 3 master-sized bedrooms with king beds, and 3 additional bedrooms with queen-sized beds. The main level master bedroom has an en suite bath. The remodeled shared baths were designed to efficiently accommodate larger groups, each including double vanities, separated from the toilet and shower room. Location, location, location! The home is located just a few blocks from the west side of Lake Loveland, and also just 4 minutes to the quaint Loveland downtown with shopping and restaurants and local bars. Just a couple blocks to the south is Highway 34, the main artery west to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park...a must-see while your in the area!
