Very nice place and just what I needed as my husband has been staying in the hospital and I was tired of hotels. The only downside was I had to check out!!! I highly recommend this place!!!

Very nice apartment with an excellent view! It was nice waking up and having a coffee while staring out of the huge window facing the mountains. Beds were also super comfy , condo was clean, and it’s close to everything you could want close by. Price was very fair for the quality.

We had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect for our family. It was homey and inviting. The view was beautiful. We even had a tiny little plumbing issue while we were there, and it was handled quickly and same day. We really appreciated the promptness to handle the situation quickly. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks Dean.

This was out serving stay at Valley View in the last three months. Dean is a wonderful host b the property has all the things we needed. The property is well stocked with good beds, an abundance of towels, and appropriate kitchen supplies.

Amazing place to stay

We loved our stay! They space was very roomy, clean, and comfortable. We loved the balcony with the beautiful view. The location was very convenient for shopping, eating out, and close to the freeway. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect family getaway!

Even though our stay was only one night, it was just perfect! The beds were so comfortable plenty of seating in the family room, and the view was spectacular! We will be back again!

The property was exactly as described and offered easy access to everything we needed during our visit to Utah Valley. The view across University Parkway toward the Provo Temple, Rock Canyon, Mt. Timpanogos, and BYU was spectacular. One morning, a hot air balloon floated up the valley through the fog, and the combination of mountains, mist, and color made for an unforgettable scene.The home had everything we needed: comfortable beds, plenty of towels and dishes, and excellent water pressure in the showers. Dean’s instructions made the property easy to find and access.We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in December.

All that we hoped for!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this location. It had updated furnishings and was very clean. There was even a beautiful Christmas tree that our grandson loved!

What an Outstanding Choice!

Perfect place to stay!

This place was the perfect distance from BYU, Provo Canyon, and the freeway. It was very beautiful, clean, updated, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The host was also very friendly and responsive. The view of the mountains is incredible and really makes this property stand out! The neighborhood is very quiet and feels safe. We highly recommend it!

Great place, close to everything in Provo and Orem

We were in town for a golf outing at Riverside GC, which is a 6min drive. I had a great 20mile road bike ride right from the door. The view from the deck of the mountains is breathtaking. The third bedroom is two twins- no door, but a thick curtain. It was perfect for the three golfers who stayed there.

Excellent condo convenient.

We were in town for a national dance competition- close to byu. Dean was easy to work with and very responsive. Great views. Comfortable. I work remotely, the small desk made it comfortable and the fast secure WiFi was awesome.

Wonderful stay!

This home is just lovely. The view is amazing!! I watched the sunset each morning as it came over the mountains. Beds are very comfortable and everything we needed was there. The location was just perfect - so close to everything and anything we wanted. Dean was a fabulous host. He answered every question quickly and was very available (although we really had no problems at all). Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We played golf in a member guest tournament at Riverside country club. We enjoyed staying at your place. It was clean and comfortable. The golf tournament kept us busy so we didn’t I have a chance to spend much time but while we were there, we enjoyed our stay. Everything is just what we needed. Thank you.

Love this place!

This is our second stay at Dean’s place, and we will probably be back again. Not only is the house great, but the view is exceptional. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. There are also some very thoughtful things they have added to this house. Even though the heating/AC is great, they have put a fan in each room for added comfort. They have also added extra power towers in each room for convenience with any electronic in any space. They have put blackout curtains over every window even if it already has blinds for added privacy and comfort sleeping. I would highly recommend this house if you will be staying in the area.
