Beautiful, Secluded Family Getaway Nestled in the Woods Yet Just 5 Minutes from Mount Snow. Perfect for Multiple Families - 2 Master Suites. Very Inviting!

the House, Which is Over 4500 Sq Ft, Can Accommodate 15 Comfortably and is Quite Cozy with a Wood Burning Stove and Warm Color Scheme. There Are Two Family Rooms with Flat Screen Tvs. First Floor Has Two Bedrooms with Twins and Bunk Beds, Family Room with a Professional-Sized Slate Pool Table, Laundry Room and Full Bath.

the Main Floor Has a Fully-Equipped Kitchen with an Island for Food Prep, Serving and Seating and Soapstone Counters. Dining Area (Seats 8) Opens to Two-Story Family Room with Wood-Burning Stove and French Doors Opening to Wrap-Around Deck. Also on the Main Floor is One of the Master Suites, an Office with a Queen Sofabed and a Full Bath.

an Open Staircase Leads to the 3rd Floor Catwalk Overlooking the Family Room. There is an Additional Master Suite, Two Bedrooms and a Full Bath on This Floor.

Great Home and location!

This home is fantastic! Plenty of room to spread out with larger groups with kids. Great location, close to Mt Snow. The hosts are wonderful and responsive.

Great Setting, Great Owner

Property is amazing. We had a great time. Coffee in the AM on the porch listening to the stream was a favorite activity of mine. Owner was ultra communicative and friendly. Great for big groups !

Family ski vacation

We had a great experience renting at Jim’s property. The house was very clean and we loved the wood stove and tall ceilings. The house was plowed after a snow storm so we could hit the mountain that morning. The property was located next to the town close to restaurants and a short drive to Mt Snow.

Family Ski Trip

We can't wait to come back to this wonderful house next year for our annual family ski trip! Owner was fantastic to work with, friendly, and attentive. House was clean, kitchen fully stocked, and enough beds for our group. Snow storm arrived overnight and the driveway was cleared twice before we left mid-morning.

Vermont family vacation

The pictures on the website do not do the property justice. This house was absolutely gorgeous. We had 14 adults and one toddler and there was plenty of room for all. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions I had. If you are thinking about a Vermont vacation this is the place hands down!! You will love it!

Great family getaway

Beautiful, spacious house on a very private lot conveniently located to the town of West Dover and a number of nice restaurant options. It was a great space for our family to spend time together but also have separate spaces when needed. The basement area is great for kids to hang out with a pool table and couches with a TV. Rooms are large and clean without clutter. Not much within walking distance but a short drive to get to various lakes with different swimming/boating options or some parts of the Valley trail for walking or biking. We had a great stay!

Modern yet Rustic, Beautiful Mt Snow Vacation Home

We come up to VT every year with a bunch (12) of friends to get in a nice ski weekend. We had been staying at another house in Wilmington for a few years, but found it was booked all season. So we found this gem on VRBO. Its VERY close to Mt Snow, tucked about a mile or two off of Route 100 in West Dover. The property and house is GORGEOUS. The owners gave a very generous check-in/check-out time schedule (not sure if that's standard or just because the house wasn't occupied at either end). The rooms are spacious, furniture is top-notch, and every amenity you could hope for. Owners are very thorough, and give impeccable directions on everything from turning on the water utilities to starting the fireplace (a real beauty, by the way). There is a pool table on the first floor, with two bedrooms, one with bunks. Then the second floor has the first master suite. Third floor has three more BRs, with yet another master suite! This place is incredible. I almost didn't want to leave this glowing review in case that I am just increasing demand for the house in up coming years!

Amazing Stay

Big beautiful home with everything you need.

The house is even larger than it appears in the photos and easily accommodated our golf group of 12. We had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinners in the kitchen. There is a flat front lawn area that was great for lawn games, and a big deck for morning coffee feeling the brisk air in July. It very close to the main road in the area that has plenty of restaurants, which we enjoyed. We also took a 35 minute ride over to the town of Brattleboro that had a bustling downtown area and a cool brewery on the river. We highly recommend renting this property if you get the chance.

Snowy weekend with friends

This worked great for our group of 10 friends all adults staying for the weekend. It was close to town and Mt snow. It was well stocked in the kitchen, clean, and cozy home. The communication with clear and easy for checking in and check out. The rooms were good size then beds were okay for a weekend but not the most comfy if you don't like firm Would definitely recommend for a big group my snow get away!

Great Property

This house was amazing! It had more than enough space for our group of 7. Great location close to Mount Snow and restaurants in town, but still felt very private. The owner was very easy to contact and was extremely helpful. We will definitely be back!

This house is awesome! We used it for a friends ski trip with a few couples. Super clean, very close to Mt Snow. Has enough space to spend time together and apart as it has three floors. Bedrooms are all nice and clean and place heated up nicely. Kitchen well equipped and check in was simple. Would recommend!

Family ski trip

Perfect for our family. Better than the pictures. Lots of open space for everyone to gather. Teens loved the 1st floor area with pool table and their own rooms. Easy to find. Close to skiing. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great getaway

This property was prefect for our friends getaway. Plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and the views were great. The toddlers loved running around the wraparound deck. The owner explained everything and made the process easy. We would definitely stay here again.
