our house has 2 rooms each with 40 "tv and closet ,, living room with 50" tv and internet at all times with good speed for business trips or if you need to do some computer work ,, kitchen and bathroom full everything in excellent condition for the use of our guests ,, all areas of the house have air conditioning consoles for the enjoyment of our guests at all times, our parking monitored by our 24 hour security cameras, we also have some attractions and restaurant near our house as well as tourist attractions a few minutes from our area by car, some of them

nuestra casa cuenta con 2 cuartos cada uno con tv 40" y closet ,, sala de estar con tv 50" e internet en todo momento con buena velocidad para viajes de negocios o si necesita hacer algún trabajo en computadora ,,cocina y baño full todo en exelentes estado para el uso de nuestros huéspedes ,, todas las áreas de la casa cuentan con consolas de aire acondicionado para el disfrute de nuestros huéspedes en todo momento , nuestro parking vigilado por nuestras cámaras de seguridad 24 horas ,, también tenemos algunas atracciones y restaurante cercanos a nuestra casa al igual que atracciones turísticas a unos cuantos minutos de nuestra área en auto ,, algunas de ellas

Great location , at first we were a little concerned regarding the neighborhood but after day one we felt safe, only heard the neighbors above being loud once. Home is stocked with the very minimum as far as paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, towels, ect. Overall we enjoyed our stay , and home is true to pictures.

We had a wonderful stay but….

Everything about the property was great, there are roosters that will crow all through the night but it is PR (), we just dealt with it. The owner was very responsive and courteous. The key was unfortunately not in the lock box when we arrived at 10pm after our flight, The owner came and let us in and located the key.The only other thing was that we didn’t have a shower head on the shower and the hot water wasn’t working, which we didn’t realize until the next morning. The owner immediately rectified the situation and even checked on us during the week to make sure everything was ok. He was great!The location was great as well. There’s a grocery store nearby (Econo), as well as Walgreens and different food places if we needed them.There place was warm and we were able to make ourselves at home very easily here.We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and staying here just helped make our time here in Puerto Rico amazing and unforgettable! Thank you!!

Property was as depicted in pics. The real problem was getting there. We took at least 30 mins to find the house. I wasn’t familiar with the key luck as well so that took another 2 mins to figure out. Wasn’t able to get on to the owner of the property immediately so that also posed a bit of a challenge. But overall it was a good stay. Property was clean and comfortable. Everything worked properly except for the hot water that was just warm. There isn’t much to do around so I’ll recommend getting a car to move about.

It’s absolutely beautiful! We were 4 and there were only 2 bath towels that was my complaint as well as a bit loud. But it was for sleeping only so we enjoyed our stay. Everything is new and it was fully equipped for anyone wanting to cook while there.

Quick stay but property is beatiful

Since our flight was delayed we only had a chance to sleep but the property beautiful only problem we had was having a cab drop us off a picking us up it. The address does not come up right in there system or on Maps… but the friendly neighbors helped us out tremendously and we appreciate them oh let me not for about the loud rooster that wouldn’t shut up lol we loved it though

Beautiful place

The apartment is as described very nice, clean and in a peaceful area close to the airport and not far from Old San Juan and so much more. The only problem that we had was a little bit of and ant issue that we had during our stay I think the owner is working on, but the owner was very quick to respond to help with the issue and did everything to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. The only other thing was the luck warm shower and trying to figure out how to get the shower handle to work but thats not the worst thing honestly. Overall the stay was great the owner makes sure you are taken care of and would definitely stay here again!

Creatively Decorated

The property is awesome! Exactly like the listing. It is beautifully decorated and I love all the unique lights. Everything was perfect and very clean. Pretty close to a lot of things as long as you have a car. It seems like a safe area. The only thing is the shower might need a new handle because I could not figure out how to get the water as warm as I like it so our showers were lukewarm. Check in was easy and manager was quick to respond on all matters. Thanks so much for letting us stay at your property to enjoy San Juan.

One night stay

Close to the airport and stayed one night for an early morning flight. Residence was spotless with everything seeming to be brand new. Can’t say much about the location since we were only there overnight

Accurate listing

The place is exactly how it’s described. The house was the cleanest rental we’ve had and I truly enjoyed staying here. Pros *close proximity to airport *clean!!! *pictures and listing were accurate *beautiful decor *A/C in each room and living room; were all very powerful and kept the rental cool *hot water for showers *easy to find using the coordinates *quiet neighborhood *included beach chairs and towels for us to use Cons: *roosters in the neighborhood; but this is very typical in Puerto Rico I would definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Apartment

The apartment is well designed and very clean. The owner was always available when needed and attentive to our needs. The location is great especially if you have a car e.g., (5 minutes from airport, great neighborhood restaurant just around the corner {La Castellana}, Plaza Carolina mall {10 minutes}. The neighborhood itself may seem different from most in the US, but it's another way of life and that's why we go on vacation - to have new experiences. The important part is that we felt safe and nothing concerning the apartment distracted us from having a great 3 weeks in PR. PS> Owner needs to buy a little fry pan for eggs. We bought one at Pepe Ganga and will keep it in our suitcase for future trips!!

Beautiful!

This property was absolutely gorgeous inside! The host was very helpful with dinner recommendations and helped us when we struggled to find it. I highly suggest you download Google Maps ahead of time because that was the only GPS app that was able to get us there (I tried two others first) Also, there are roosters outside that can wake you up so bring some earphones. Location was so close to the airport and very close to lots of activities/dining.

Pre-Cruise stay

We rented the property for our stay in San Juan prior to our Caribbean cruise. The property was clean and had been remodeled. The neighborhood was safe. We walked to nearby stores and restaurant. However, I recommend betta rental car, as it is not olive to the beach nor Old San Juan.. The owner/property manager is very attentive and easy to work with. I think there is outside cameras, as he called us the night we got the car to confirm it was ours, and to parked it out front.directly in front of the unit. I would stay there again.
