Former Owners of Love Beach, Simon and Jennifer offer this beautiful brand new 1 bedroom apartment that comes with Balinese furnishings and Chefs kitchen.
As part of the 'One Love' estate, this luxurious apartment features a spectacular view over Bakers Bay and the Sea of Abaco, 2 private decks, separate entrance and parking.

The apartment also comes with a 40 foot boat dock which is located just 2 minutes from the property. The Property Manager can pick you up directly from the dock if the guest wishes!

The hand made Balinese furnishings is complemented with Waldorf Astoria linens, fully equipped luxury kitchen with stone countertops, LG double door fridge, gas convection range and oven, dishwasher and microwave plus fully equipped with top of the line equipment. The bedroom has a 4 poster king sized bed, beautiful en suite and walk in closet. The Apartment has a 56 inch Smart TV, high speed internet using Starlink.

Close to a variety of beaches on both the Atlantic and Sea of Abaco, gives the guest an abundance of options for dipping your toes into the sea!

As part of the new One Love construction in Ocean Ridge Estates, we have priced this to accommodate and perfect for a short term couple getaway!

Beautiful view of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Sea of Abaco. The 1 bedroom guest house is perfect for two, super clean and comfortable! Highly recommend it for any couple!!

Great stay.

This property is such a great place to stay. The host are some of the most helpful and considerate folks. I come to the island quit often. I’m so happy this property became available! I plan on staying many more times and hope to bring the wife along one day as well. It’s perfect for a couple to get away and enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world.

Great Vibe.

The property was brand new and beautifully finished. It was simply a perfect fit for us with regard to amenities and location. Super relaxing vibe with great view of Abaco from the back porch. Host couldn't have been better, met us right on the dock as we got off ferry. Arranged transportation for us...they were awesome! Already want to get back there.

We had an incredible stay at this adorable one-bedroom on Guana this past week. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Communication with the hosts was excellent—they were responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless.Darvin met us at the marina upon arrival, which was a great touch. He took the time to bring us to the home and walk us through everything, making us feel immediately comfortable and welcome.The home itself was perfect—immaculately clean with brand-new, high-quality linens that made it feel fresh and inviting. The view is absolutely amazing and truly one of the highlights of the stay.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel right at home. Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered.We also had the pleasure of meeting the hosts in person—they were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the stay even more special.This place is truly a hidden gem. We’re already looking forward to coming back and staying here again!

Former owners of Love Beach on Great Guana Cay, Simon and Jenn love this beautiful island, and wanted to stay close to the action, whilst being able to relax at the variety of beaches that Guana has to offer. Simon being a professional chef, and Jenn working in asset management, has learned that taking a break really means taking a break!

One Love is Simon and Jenn's dream to be able to view both the Atlantic Ocean and Sea of Abaco. Situated on the tip of the hill at Ocean Ridge Estates, One Love has been able to provide these stunning views. As part of the property, Simon and Jenn didn't want to waste any of the views, so they decided to build 'Suite Love', a 1-bedroom suite suited for 2 people for a well-deserved holiday get-away.

All the furniture was hand-picked by Jenn, and has been shipped directly from Bali. All artisan hand-crafted, provides the cozy rustic feel of the space. The new chef's kitchen comes with all the mod-cons that one would expect as well as WIFI, Smart TV, and a Waldorf King Bed for the best sleep you'll ever have!
Close to Grabbers, Nippers and several beaches, Guana is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
