Turnagain is one of the nicest and safest neighborhoods in Anchorage. You'll be a 10 minute walk from Lyn Ary park where the kids can frollick, and the Coastal Trail where you can go for a bike ride or walk along the coast enjoying the water scenery.

There is 1 dedicated parking spot in our driveway for the apartment guests. There is also parking on the street, however, snow build up during the winter months can sometimes make this difficult.

Please be advised that this unit is in our basement, and with that comes the noise associated with our family upstairs. In general everyone is in bed by 10pm. We just want to provide full disclosure so that you have realistic expectations prior to your arrival.

Also, we owe our neighbors their right to quiet enjoyment of their homes in the neighborhood. With this in mind we require a signature agreement regarding guests and parties. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking, or your booking will be cancelled. The terms of the agreement are as follows:

1) Pets are strictly prohibited.

2) I attest that the only people that will be present in the home are the people listed in my booking.

3) I agree that guests are only allowed with prior written permission from the
owner.

4) Even with permission, all guests shall leave the premises prior to 10pm.

5) Violation of the above rules are grounds for immediate cancellation of booking, without refund. At that point you will be considered a trespasser and will be escorted off the property by the police.

We mean no offense by mandating this agreement, we only hope to protect our property and to be good neighbors. We appreciate your support and cooperation in this effort.
