AZ Inspired Modern Ranch Home in North Central PHX

acienda Arroyo is a collaboration of families that have lived most of their lives in Phoenix and want to share the best of it with you. The home has been re-imagined from it's original aesthetic to give the feel of the beautiful desert it's built on. The home is centrally located in North Phoenix, close to 3 major freeways, so you can explore the city and then come back, relax by the pool and soak up some Arizona sunshine.
The space
Located in Moon Valley, a beautiful and quiet North Phoenix neighborhood, Hacienda Arroyo was designed with the full intention to optimize your stay. This is a fully remodeled home with a modern appeal. There are four rooms; 3 bedrooms with king sized , high end mattresses and comfy pillows that also are equipped with a workspace. The fourth room has 2 - queen over queen bunk beds and is great for entertaining children as it has a TV, lego table, bean bags, books, toys and a two chair workspace. The main living areas is vast with high ceilings, plenty of space for 2-3 families. The large private backyard is equipped with a massive swimming pool (fenced), massive outside dining table, multiple shaded seating areas, loungers by the pool, a gas fire pit, artificial turf area and bags boards.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire property, other than garage.
Other things to note
Hacienda Arroyo is not our primary residence but it is very much our home -our family spend a lot of time here. We hope you can enjoy it as much as we do and treat it in the same regard as you would your own home.

Pets are part of the family, and are welcome in our home with additional fees. Just like in your home, you are responsible for them.

Pets are welcome, pets on furniture are not. Please keep pets off of couches and beds.

Pets are not allowed in the pool.

Please pick up your pets waste, perform a final check the day of check-out.

Please report any damage caused by pets or anyone else to the host immediately.

Smoking of any substance is strictly prohibited inside the house or anywhere on the property.

Use of fireplace is prohibited.

No fireworks, even on holidays.

Absolutely NO parties or unapproved events.

Guests that break these or other house rules will be liable for any and all cleaning, as well as lost bookings as a direct or indirect result of violations.
