In case of emergencies please feel free to call at any time, If we do not have our staff on site, we will do everything possible to assist you remotely until we can arrive in person.

Please remember that you’re staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Buenaventura is a gated community, located near Playa Blanca. In this complex you will be able to find stores, bakery, pharmacy within the premises, keep in mind these are basic services, and for some more advanced items you may need to go out the nearest town Rio Hato about 5 minutes driving.

The neighboorhood is quiet and peaceful, and it is very safe. It has several green spaces that you can enjoy within the premises, just to walk around or have a nice jog during your stay.

Buenaventura Marina is Buenaventura’s tourist pier, which has first-class services and amenities for all coastal life lovers.
Enjoy the sea without limitations and dare to take incredible boat or sailboat rides to the nearest beaches and islands. If you are an adventurer, have fun with our multiple water sports, fishing tours or jet skis.

El Faro beach club & Puntarenas - Here you will be able to use the pools and restaurant as well as using that access to the beach
Meneo Disco Club - This club is open during the weekends (Fridays and Saturdays)
Golf club - With additional cost and with reservation you may use the Buenaventura Golf Club

Buenaventura is about 80 minutes away from Panama City (120 Km), The apartment is strategically located in the area near all basic needs (Pharmacy, grocery shopping etc) thus, it is necessary to have a vehicle to move around the premises. Ask us about our E-bike rentals.

To ensure a smooth start to your visit, we provide a complimentary set of toiletries upon your arrival. This includes essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper. However, please note that these initial supplies are meant to get you started, and once they are depleted, we kindly ask our guests to purchase their own toiletries for the remainder of their stay.
