Welcome to our newly renovated 1-bedroom spacious and private cottage that is super centrally located in the heart of Kailua. Our cottage is situated on a beautifully landscaped property which will lead you to a lusciously landscaped garden with outdoor dining & BBQ. There is a private fenced-in area in the back with relaxed seating to enjoy your morning coffee and to take in the Hawaiian air.

Newly and thoughtfully renovated with Hawaiian inspirations and has all your modern day comforts. You have free on-site parking and easy access to our outdoor shower. This spacious 1-bedroom cottage unit is a permitted short term rental which means you can stay for a few nights or as many nights as you would like. Our accommodation is thoughtfully and carefully aid out and has all the modern day comfort features such as mini-split air conditioners, fully equipped full-size kitchen with Keurig coffee machine, drip coffee, toaster, induction stove, microwave, and all the essentials to cook and eat your meal. Super comfortable memory foam king size bed, indoor and outdoor dining area and if you need to bring your work, we have a sit-stand desk with super fast WiFi and CAT 5 network cable. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and a blue tooth enabled vinyl record player with Hawaiian records. We’ve got many more top notch details throughout. Super comfortable, extremely clean and modern with everything you need for a wonderful stay. You have free use of our beach cruiser bicycles, beach towels, beach tote, coolers. We worked hard to think of all the details so you have a super comfortable and wonderful stay.

We are centrally located in the heart of Kailua. Kailua is best known for having the best beach in the world as well as a charming Kailua town. We are walking distance to Kailua Beach, Kailua Town, boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, breweries. Kailua is a bike friendly town. Make us your home base and you’ll be 15-45 minute drive from many of the main attractions around the island.
Quiet time from 8 PM till 8 AM
No events No parties.
No pets.
No smoking or vaping on the property or in the units.
No open flames, candles or incense. No business activities.


Wash off sand and salt water in the outdoor shower before entering the units.
Shake off all sand from clothes and towels before using the washer and dryer.

Excellent stay! Great, clean space. Really loved the outdoor shower and seating area. All the beach accessories you need to enjoy beautiful Laniaki and Kailua beaches. Loved the convenience of walking to restaurants and shops. Awesome, highly responsive hosts. Wouldn’t change a thing and would definitly rebook if back in the area.

Comfortable Cottage in Kailua

Beautiful, comfortable cottage in Kailua town. Wonderful accommodations! Very clean and equipped with all one would need to have a great stay. Manager very friendly and attentive. Enjoyed our stay!! Would stay there, again!

Incredible stay in Kailua

Tobi and Ivonne’s place was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. The location, cleanliness, well equipped home was wonderful. We will definitely return and have suggested their place to family and friends.

Wonderful stay in Kailua

This property is so well thought out and beautifully decorated. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the living room space is great for hanging out. Excellent location, easy walk to both the beach and town and the hosts had lots of great suggestions. The bikes and beach chairs came in very handy. We would stay again!

Perfect stay

Extremely clean, modern, comfortable cottage with all the comforts of home! By far one of the best rentals that we have stayed in. The hosts, Tobi and Yvonne were very welcoming. Communication was great throughout the whole process. They made sure we had everything we needed beyond the amenities offered!

Best vacation rental

Tobi and Yvonne the rental hosts were great! To start we were traveling with an infant and they let us check in early so we could get her situated. The cottage was very clean, updated and comfortable with all the amenities and more. Great location and very welcoming couple. We definitely will be back.

We love Kailua!

Tobi and Evonne did an incredible job setting up this property. They had everything we needed for a great vacation. Towels, beach chairs, bikes and even an out door shower. We easily walked to town and to the beach. We will be back!

Perfect Spot to Stay

We loved our stay at this perfectly appointed 1 bedroom apt. The hosts were very gracious and responsive to any needs or questions we had. The space is very clean, organized and was the perfect amount of space for my husband, myself, and our young children. The location is very close to great shopping in Kailua and the beach. Completely walkable location. Most impressive was despite being close to the main street, there is literally zero noise here. Cant wait to come back again!

Absolutely Amazing

Tobi and Yvonne were the perfect hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 day stay in their magnificent cottage. It was the perfect place within proximity to everything in Kailua. The only beach items we needed were our bathing suits, they provided everything else. They even did a little something for me on my birthday. When I return I want to stay at their cottage again!

Would definitely book again. Wonderful host, comfortable spaces & comfortable bed- even our daughter slept very well on the sofa bed. The kitchen and bathrooms were as clean as could be. Wi-Fi was great but we didn’t spend much time on it, we were too busy!

Wonderful home base on Oahu!

Everything in earlier reviews is spot on. The cottage is all new, very clean and comfortable. We stayed for ten nights and felt right at home. Quiet for sleeping but you couldn’t beat the location for ease of access to great restaurants and grocery stores. Plus the beach is a five minute bike ride (bikes provided) or 15 minute stroll. Tobi is super easy to communicate with and full of great recommendations. Definitely recommend!

New refurbished apart in Kailua

This cottage is located in Kailua very close to some wonderful beaches (Lanikai and Kailua). The house is exactly as described, everything it’s new and the exterior is perfect for relaxing after a day spent on the beach, there is also an external shower…very useful. Tobi made also available bikes, bodyboards and seats. Nice stay, we recommend Tobi apart.

An ideal Kailua Location

Tobi and Yvonne were very friendly and responsive hosts. The apartment was squeeky clean and nicely furnished. It's only 15 minutes walk to the beach and near a lot of retail shopping, but is also quiet. Tobi and Yvonne have a lot of supplies available for beach and town activities, including chairs, bicycles, towels, etc. The check-in and check-out process is highly automated and there is an "Alexa" in the apartment which can answer most of your apartment questions. Tobi works next to the property (ask to see his recording studio!).

Quiet & Comfortable with Everything You Might Need

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Toby's very recently remodeled guest house. Location is great -- about 15 minute walk to Kailua beach, and 10 minutes from restaurants, brew pubs, groceries, and great breakfast and coffee places. Toby has set up the place with all the conveniences needed, whether that is a bike cruiser, or beach chairs, or micro fiber beach towels, or sitting in the patio garden sipping wine in the evening or coffee in the morning. It was very quiet while we there in the evenings, and the bed is super comfortable - we slept really well. We didn't think we'd need the mini-split AC units - there are two - but they came in handy. At your moment of need, Toby has it set up so whatever that need is, it's at the ready. We loved it and will be back!

Great Location, Excellent Acommidations

The rental was wonderful in every way you can think of. The inside was clean, modern, air-conditioned, and had plenty of space for the 3 adults in our group. The kitchen was basically fully stocked with pots/pans and most major appliances (toaster, coffee maker, blender, kettle, etc.). They really included everything you could think of, even a couple of umbrellas for any larger bouts of rain when you plan to go for a walk. Tobi was thorough with messaging and didn't interrupt the vacation, but was quick to respond to the few messages I sent him and was available in person if we needed anything at the drop of a hat. 7 minute walk to the major shopping center and restaurants, 15 minute walk to the beach (an Island Snow shave ice in both directions), and everything on the island within about 1hr 30min at max. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will not hesitate to rent this space again next time we're on Oahu.

Wonderful beach gem

Tobi's cottage was perfect for our family! His communications were timed right and had lots of local information about places to eat, get groceries, etc. He was available via messages and was prompt with his responses. The unit was spacious and well appointed. As rental owners, we notice details, and Tobi had them all covered, and then some. We used the bikes to ride to the farmers market, goggles for ocean exploring and the washer and dryer to keep our bags light. Tobi is onsite, so anything we needed, he was right there. We broke a glass and lost a towel, and he was reasonable and kind about it when we told him. We even extended our stay and he was easy to work with and incredibly accommodating! This place is super close to shopping and food, as well as the beach. Parking was free and easy on property. This will be our go-to place for our Oahu stays! Thanks Tobi and Yvonne!!
