The Walt is a beautifully designed, NEW in 2023, 6 bedroom lodge that feels like you’ve gotten away from it all, yet is convenient to Table Rock Lake, Branson, and all the area has to offer! Located in the Crowne View Estates neighborhood, with 6 Bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, plus an additional half bath, fun activities, an incredible kitchen, and comfortable beds to sleep 17 guests, it is the perfect home base no matter what brings you to the Ozarks!

You’ll arrive to find mattresses that make you rethink your mattress at home, a comfortable sectional couch, Lay-Z-Boy Recliner, power reclining theater seats with adjustable headrests, a custom-made dining table, and more!

With ample place settings, two ovens, two dishwashers, crockpots, hand-mixer, a rolling pin, and so much more, it’s equipped to handle anything from Thanksgiving dinner to a light snack. There is also a large, charcoal grill in the front of the property.

With 6 Bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and smart TVs, there is room to sleep 17!

5 of the bedrooms have King Beds (one also has an additional day bed with trundle)
1 Bedroom with sturdy, custom bunk beds. It has 3 Twin XL beds + Queen Bed

The Outdoor Space!

Enjoy the view overlooking the hillside as you eat your meal on the picnic tables on the main level deck, or simply enjoy your morning coffee in a rocking chair by the outdoor fireplace. There are also smart TVS outside as well, so you won’t miss the big game!

The lower level deck, off of the game/theater room, features a private hot tub, outdoor furniture, and a fireplace with TV. The perfect location to enjoy the evening!

Main Floor: Primary (King with Twin Day Bed & Trundle), Jr. Primary Bedroom (King), Laundry Room, Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room, Upper Deck with rocking chairs, picnic tables, and fireplace with smart TV.



*The Jr. and Primary Bedrooms are accessible with only the exterior front stairs required to climb.*



Lower Level: Game Room with pool table, foosball, arcade, board games, etc. Also, movie theater. There are 3 bedrooms with king beds and one bunk room with 3 Twin XL beds. There is a second full sized laundry area, and deck with hot tub, outdoor fireplace, smart TV, and sitting area.

You’ll have the privacy to enjoy The Walt, but we are always just a message away. We will provide you with a local guidebook to enhance your stay. However, if we can be of farther assistance, no matter what you need, from recommendations, local questions, to any other issues that arise, we are here to do our best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Features to Note:

Every Bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower.



Three bathrooms have a bathtub.



Beds include HIGH QUALITY hotel style linens complete with the choice of firm or soft pillows.



The mattress are HIGH QUALITY pillow top mattresses (with the exception of the mattress on the lower trundle bed in the primary bedroom). These are not mattresses that came rolled in a box. They are comfortable and supportive!



Beds are triple sheeted, just like quality hotels, for your comfort!



All 10 TVs are Roku Smart TVs that automatically sign you out of your logins when you check out!



Kitchen is very well stocked. 2 ovens, crock pot, blender, dishes, utensils, etc



Community OUTDOOR pool is usually open from Memorial day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend.

Community INDOOR pool is HEATED!

Community playground is available for use.



Nearest BOAT LAUNCH is Indian Point Marina. It is just 2.8 miles down the road. Slip rentals are $20/night.

Is there a minimum age to rent The Walt?



Yes. The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.


Will The Walt be decorated for Christmas?

Yes, we decorate the lodge with a beautiful Christmas tree and some other touches to help make it the perfect gathering location for Christmas.





Are there smart TVs?

Yes. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV with Guest Mode, so that you don’t have to sign out when you leave. Additionally, there are additional TVs throughout the living spaces.





Is there a grill?

Yes. There is a large charcoal grill. Charcoal is not provided.





We have a large group. Is there adequate refrigerator space?

We have a main level refrigerator as well as an additional refrigerator on the lower level.





Is there a pool?

Yes. There is a heated indoor community pool open year round and an outdoor community pool with slide open seasonally.





What coffee makers/supplies do you provide?

We have a regular drip coffee maker, a Keurig latte machine, a French press, and a coffee bean grinder.





How will I get in?

You will be provided with a secure, unique access code 48 hours prior to your stay along with the location of the lodge. There is no need to visit a separate location to “check-in.”





What essentials are provided?

We provide towels, bed linens, basic cookware, basic table settings, starter toilet paper, starter paper towels, mini “hospitality” soaps, internet, and the cabin is equipped with central heat and air .





Do you offer any discounts?

Pricing reflects all seasonal rates. Pricing is non-negotiable. We do occasionally offer discounts to our followers on Social Media. You may reach out to us there for more details.





Is The Walt Pet Friendly?

While we love pets, we want all of our guests to be comfortable at The Walt. The process of adequately cleaning to our standards after a pet has visited is not logistically possible in the tight timeframe that we sometimes have between guests. Therefore, we cannot accept pets.





What about Service Animals?

We will accept true, well-behaved, fully trained, service dogs. We do not accept emotional support animals. We will ask the legally allowed questions in regards to your service dog and ask for prior notification so that we can schedule adequate cleaning for the next guest. Your service dog must be under the control of the handler at all times. Therefore, never left alone at the property. All waste must be properly disposed of and indoor relief areas are not allowed. **Please note that the only outdoor “potty” option on our property is gravel.** Guest will be liable for any damage caused by the service dog. If we discover that a dog has been misrepresented as a service animal, we reserve the right to seek financial restitution, report fraudulent claims to the government authorities and evict guests without further notice.
