Secluded Peaceful Cottage Near Downtown Austin and Lake Austin

We've got five airbnbs and never had a comment like this in 4 years. No other guest had a problem with the sheets or the comforter including the one that's in there now..there might have been a small stain or two on the sheets and/or comforter in one or two rooms out of three . We informed the guest there were brand new sheets and comforters in the closet. All they needed to do was trade them out or let us do it which was difficult since they arrived late at night. My helper came over at 10:00 p.m. and said the house was in the same condition it typically is and yes there were a couple of tiny stains on the bedding that he wouldn't have noticed that they're not been pointed out. Mikell a huge deal out of something that could be fixed in 5 minutes. And demanded total refund which way obliged and we did not have to. . Come on Mikell! Totally inhabitable over a tiny stain or 2 ? And your problem could have been solved by installing brand new sheets and comforters they were in the closet?The current guest that's in there had nothing to say negative about the sheets or the comforters or anything else about the house nor has any other guest that's been there. You should say before you book that you expect perfection and brand new everything if that's what you demand rather than slander people that are trying to provide an affordable service in an expensive area.
