Beautiful Reunion Golf House with totally new remodeled. You can enjoy the golf court back yard view with fantastic themes rooms/ game rooms and all nicely decorated suites beautiful home in the Reunion community provided Golf, Tennis, Gym, club pools, water parks, dinning facilities inside community. Minutes to all Disney theme parks, restaurants and commercial.
Other things to note
Pool heat and hot spa will be available at $35 per day. Grill is $75 per up to 7 days . Pls turn off the propane tank every time after using.

The home was clean, spacious, and well-equipped from kitchen to laundry and towels. The pool and hot tub were clean and both the children and the adults in our party very much enjoyed it, especially after a long day at the parks.

The words new and fancy should be taken out of the description. It was anything but new and anything but fancy. Here are some notes I made during our trip. 2 days without heat, they finally sent someone out that partially fixed it to make it livable.Not luxury at all, very tacky finishes, and decor.All Doors squeak, were dirty and had chipping paint.Mold in the showerBack door doesnā€™t lock, front door locks, but thereā€™s a visible gap to see outside.Didnā€™t have a code to get in until after check in time.Mattress sinkhole in master bedroom, like sleeping on the side of a hill.No soap in bathrooms to wash handsNo towel rings to hang towels or toilet paper in powder bath.No extra trash bagsFurniture not as picturedSeating in living room for 5 people when it sleeps 12No lamps, terrible lighting throughout the entire house, you have to get out of bed using the flashlight on your phone to turn off the light and get back to the bed.Very dated, cheap finishes, very worn and tired, standard builder grade home with mismatched updating.Morning sun, so very little sun on the pool area.Broken windows Pool safety gate non-existent I looked on Zillow and it appears that the current owner bought the home in 2017. It was built in 2014. The home showed beautifully when they purchased it but changes were solely focused on kids spaces, not at all what it was then.The home across the street is exceptionally decorated and up kept comparatively, rent that one, not this one!

The host was very responsive, the kitchen had lots of cooking dishes for meal prep and serving. The location is good, close to shopping and parks. Interior looks like pictures as does pool area. Really functional kitchen space and gathering space in living room. If all the games worked in garage / game room this would have been a plus. Small kids would love the theme room. Plenty of space for family sleeping. My issues: the house could have been cleaner, dust hair noticed, tile floor needs a good scrub. ( this is on cleaning co.) pool was not heated, it needed repair, I did get my refund. ( I would ensure these have been made if heated pool spa are important to you) The exterior has some broken windows ( from golfers) also soffit missing in corner. My biggest beef is this is not luxury or new. Itā€™s a standard home and not new. They did not have , dish liquid soap, only 4 plastic garage bags provided, no paper towels, couldnā€™t find a broom, no napkins or starter coffee pods, no bathroom soap or conditioner only small sample size shampoo. Now if you know this going in, you pick up these items while grabbing your food. Iā€™ve rented multiple homes and never not had these starter items. The beds are foam mattress type, just ok. We left dish soap and paper towels for next guests. Oh there was no laundry detergent either, so impossible to start laundry on towels.

pool was clean, hard to get in contact with host, did not access the rental until 30mins after arrival because the code was not sent, internet information was not waht was given at welcome letter, only one pool stick worked, all remotes from the room was not able to change channels except the master bedroom, wasp nests on star wars room and master bedroom, blood stains on 2nd floor walls next to the master bedroom

Family Summer Getaway

The house was great for us to all get together and very spacious for us to spread out. We had a couple days at parks and then enjoyed lazy days by the pool. Great vacation spot.

Perfect Home for a Family vacation

My family and my parents enjoyed our stay here. It was a perfect layout to have my parents on first floor and my family on the second floor. We enjoyed the outdoors with pool and hot tub every day and the heated water and temps were perfect. The home is in my favorite part of Reunion and also close to Disney and everything else you could need. It was a very nice vacation.

Weekend in Orlando

My family and I rented out this place for 3 days. Check-in process was very easy. No issues with the wifi. We were expecting to have a gathering at this location but opted to do it at the other location where more family were staying. We expected the living area to be more spacious and once we heard and saw all of the golf balls that fly onto the pool area we didnā€™t want to take a risk of someone being hit. There is not a lot of guest parking either. Some of the tv remotes were dead so we had to go buy batteries, we couldnā€™t find the remote for the tv where the pool table is so it was stuck on disney channel, also some of the kids were expecting the tvs to be smart tvs so they could get on netflix, hulu, etc but this home only had cable tv, normally when we stay in a vacation home there are white towels, washcloths, and sheets that was not the case here and there wasnā€™t enough. Other than these concerns, we enjoyed our stay in Reunion.

We were delighted to find this gem! Jasmine was extremely communicative and friendly. It felt like I was communicating with family.The home is located on hole 1 of Jack Nicklaus course! Beautiful sunrise with lots of wildlife. Full sun exposure in afternoon.The house was very clean and stocked with starter amenities like shampoo, conditioner, soap, a few dishwasher pods. Towels and linens were great! Beds were comfortable.We enjoyed evening walks around the neighborhood with the kids. Easy access to highway 429 is perfect when touring the area.We will highly recommend and look forward to returning!Thank you Jasmine for making your home ours while visiting Florida.

Great home, but just needs some work

We booked this previously when hurricane Milton hit and the host was amazing at working with us to reschedule. Check in: quick easy and painless Home overall: itā€™s a great home! The location is also close to everything, we loved that all the rooms had their own bathroom. Plenty of room for a big family. The kids loved that playroom, that was a highlight for us The bad: the internet was horrible! The first day we werenā€™t able to connect so I reached out and she was great at walking us through it. Once we got it fixed the second day, it worked for about 2 hours and then nothing the rest of the time. It was really inconvenient. We said it is what it is. All the remotes for the tvs upstairs were dead. The kitchen compared to other homes we rented seemed very empty. Not enough plates for a home that big, no children safe plates (plastics). The ice maker was dirty so when we went to get ice it had weird green and red stuff out of it. Overall we had a good stay! And the host is really good with communication. Just little things the home needs fixed specially the internet.

Orlando trip

This was an amazing stay for our two families with loads of space to spare. The boys spent most of their time in the pool or games room. There was always something for them to keep busy with when we weren't out exploring the area. The host was extraordinary in response time and answering any questions we had. We would 100% recommend staying at this property.

Our first VRBO stay

The house was absolutely beautiful. I have never stayed at a VRBO before, but I would expect that the essentials such as toilet paper, garbage bags and paper towels would be provided but they were not. There was not much for dishes or silverware for us to use particularly the glasses. It was also disappointing that it would cost an extra $40 a day to use the grill. We had to buy batteries since some of the remotes had none or were dead. If some of these things were upgraded, I definitely would have given it a 5 rating.

Home away from home.

Jasmine's Property is beautiful. Spacious . Clean and Comfortable. It was truly a perfect getaway for my family of 14. Everyone had space. The pool was a perfect size, everyone fit comfortably. The location is super close to champions gate, which has a variety of restaurants and the super market . The kitchen was equipped with all the basic essentials. It does take a few minute to leave the complex but once you leave you are close to everything . All the rooms were spacious and every room had their own bathroom. My kids enjoyed the PokƩmon and Star Wars themed room and the game room was such a hit with everyone . One of our guest had a 1 year old. This place accommodated a crib and high chair which was wonderful. Upon entering the home there is a beautiful staircase leading to the bedrooms upstairs. A helpful tip to protect the owner and to address safety concerns, would be to provide a safety gate to block the stairs in case of a fall. This property is on a golf course. Golfers do not respect the property or privacy of people occupying it . While enjoying our time in the pool we had a few people peaking into the back yard looking for their golf balls. Which I feel is a bit rude. And a golf ball actually hit the roof of the home waking people up early in the morning . This didn't ruin our time here by any means. This house and contact with the owner exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our time very much and everyone left well rested.
