The common areas of the building were carefully renovated at the end of 2019, preserving the charm of early 20th-century Prague. We offer quiet, safe, and comfortable accommodation in the heart of the Old Town, perfect for history lovers, culture enthusiasts, and romantic getaways.

During your stay, our apartment manager is at your disposal, who will also personally take care of your check-in and if there are any problems, she will be happy to help you with the most efficient solution to the situation.
The apartment is surrounded by historic buildings, famous landmarks, and charming streets filled with beautiful shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars. It is located right on the Royal Route, between Old Town Square and Charles Bridge, making it the perfect starting point for exploring the beauty of Prague.
To fully enjoy one of the most stunning cities in the world, simply step out of the apartment’s front door and immerse yourself in the unique atmosphere of the historic center. Every step will lead you to another amazing place worth discovering.
Metro lines A/B (“Můstek”) are a 5-minute walk in one direction, while the tram stop “Staroměstská” is 5 minutes in the other.
From the airport, you can reach our accommodation by public transport in 40 minutes. All major train and bus stations are also easily accessible, within 15-30 minutes.
Parking in this historic area is only available at public paid parking lots or in the underground garages at Rudolfinum, a 5-minute walk away. We’ll be happy to provide detailed (and up-to-date) information after your reservation is confirmed.
Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

▪︎ No Pets & No Smoking Inside: Pets are not allowed, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If available, you may smoke on the balcony or terrace, but please ensure the balcony doors are closed.
▪︎ Cleanliness: Help us maintain a tidy environment by cleaning up after yourself in common areas.
▪︎ Consideration: Treat fellow residents with respect, as you would your neighbors at home.
▪︎ Security & Safety: Always lock the main building door when entering or leaving. For your safety, do not light candles inside the apartment.
▪︎ Energy Conservation: Please turn off all lights and electrical appliances, such as fans and heaters, when not in the apartment to help save energy.
