The Crystal Wave: beachfront bliss on a large land

The Crystal Wave is a beachfront bliss on a 0.7 acre land with panoramic unobstructed ocean view! It is right next to a paved beach access road in a quiet residential neighborhood. Romantic walks on the beach are right out the door, or run the kids ragged on the beach all day then sit around the living room on the comfortable couch, or relax at the end of a 'beachy' day watching gorgeous sunset from the screen-in porch!! Large, wrap-around deck on the main level is the perfect setting to enjoy the beautiful unobstructed view and listen to the peaceful sound of the waves.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. With a split-bedroom floor plan, the house offers maximum privacy even for a large group. The main portion of the house has an open kitchen/living/dining area, the master bedroom with ensuite full bathroom, guest bedroom#1 separated from the master bdrm by the living area, and a common full bath (with washer and dryer). The guest quarter, separated by a breeze way from the main quarter, features two more bedrooms (guest bedroom#2 and #3) that are separated by the third full bathroom.

House has a limit of 16 guests (adult and children combined) during anytime of the stay, not just for overnight guests. No events or parties allowed. Our nightly price depends on the number of guests, children included. Additional guest fee applies for guest #7 and above till the maximum occupancy. Please indicate the exact number of guests at booking and the quote will reflect that. If you increase the number of guests after your reservation is made, additional guest fee may apply if the number of guests exceed 6.

We allow only house-trained pets with a $100 fee per pet per stay. Maximum four (4) pets allowed on premises. The booking platform charges $100 if you indicate pet at booking and that covers one pet only. If you have more than one pets approved by the owners, you will receive separate payment request to collect the pet fee for additional pets. Clean after your pets or additional cleaning fee will be charged.

The master suite has a king-sized bed and a rollaway twin bed stored in the walk-in closet. The master bedroom has a wall of windows with gorgeous ocean view. Guest bedroom#1 has a low-profile twin-over-twin bunk bed, perfect for small kids and adventurous adults alike. Guest bedroom#2 has a queen bed and a full-over-twin bunk bed, sleeping 5. Guest bedroom#3 has a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, sleeping 6. All bedrooms have windows with beach/ocean view and ceiling fans.

The living/dining area is open with direct ocean views from all six windows. Vaulted ceiling gives you the breezy feel even inside. Kitchen is spacious, with granite counter, a large island, and a window to watch birds and beautiful sunset. The living area opens to a large beach-facing deck with a direct and unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. The deck is partially covered so that you can enjoy the outdoor breeze and ocean view within the shade for as long as you'd like! Additionally, there is a large screen-in porch at the front of the house that has a partial beach view and is perfect to watch sunset.

The ground floor is the entrance space where we put beach chairs, toys, canopy, and a Weber 22-inch master-touch charcoal grill for guests to use. It also has a second refrigerator.

We provide everything you would need to feel like home! All beddings are provided for the beds that you would need -- sheets, pillows, pillowcases, and quilts. Plenty of bath towels, beach towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash/soap, and toilet paper are stocked in each bathroom. Four smart TVs in the house. Family-size refrigerator and electric range with convection oven. Two coffee makers, one traditional and one Keurig. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutting boards, non-stick pans of different sizes, baking pans, pyrex baking dishes, cooking utensils, plenty of plates, cups, glasses, silverware, and napkins.

The house is about 7 miles from the ferry and 5 miles from the Big Store.

Our cancellation policy is firm in all circumstances. Renters are strongly encouraged to purchase trip insurance from HomeAway or Vrbo directly to protect their trip.

Early check in or late check out is subject to a fee (exact amount depending on your requested check in and check out time) and it is only possible when the house is not booked the same day.

House has exterior cameras on the ground floor for security monitoring. No cameras inside the house.
