Great location & apartment!

The location of the apartment ist very central, it's the perfect place for a visit to Nice. Norma is a lovely host! We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Amazing place to stay! Steps from the beach and close to all amenities. Norma is excellent to deal with and made our trip that much more enjoyable! We're alreadt planning our next visit. Thanks Norma!

Nice vacation

The apartment was in the perfect location. We had everything we needed. The only issue we had was with parking. We had a mini van and it didn’t fit in their parking spot. We found a garage for $24 a day.

Perfect from start to finish

The apartment was perfect. From booking to leaving, everything was seamless. The apartment is in the best location with stunning views & home from home feel. Norma was so helpful & changed our dates at late notice due to us getting covid. Couldn’t be happier. Would highly recommend. A*****

Lovely apartment in the middle of Nice Promenade

Absolutely recommend this apartment. It is located on the promenade in Nice with a lovely view of the sea. I travelled with three friends and we all had a great time. Stayed her for 5 nights, and wished we could stay longer. Short walking distance to all the sights. Both spacious and cozy. Lovely backyard. Only a few minutes walk to the beach. Had everything we needed for a good stay. The supermarked is only a minute walk away. The host Norma is so friendly and easy to communicate with. Very helpful.

Fantastic Vacation Place in Nice

My husband and I spent nearly a week in this cozy apartment on the Promenade des Anglais. The windows have a direct view of the promenade and the Mediterranean Sea. There's a cozy backyard for lounging or entertaining. There was a fully-equipped kitchen, along with a washing machine. A drying rack in the backyard came in handy for drying the wash and our bathing suits. Norma, the property manager, was delightful and very helpful with hints about places to see and restaurants to visit. She also pointed out the nearest grocery stores and bakeries, and provided shopping bags and a shopping cart. Towels for the beach were also provided. If we are fortunate enough to return, we will definitely rent here again! Ciao Norma!

A Little Slice of Heaven

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful apartment for two weeks this spring. The apartment is in a well kept, quiet building on the Promenade des Anglais. It is on the ground floor, however it is slightly raised from ground level. What this means is that one can sit in the spacious kitchen and look out the door to the garden and see all of the action on the Promenade. We watched the Nice half marathon while having breakfast...what a treat. The garden is a special delight. Not many people are fortunate enough to have a beautiful oasis in the city. Although the apartment is described as spacious in the VRBO description, this description does not do it justice. The apartment is huge. The well equipped kitchen is a joy for anyone who likes to cook. For those who prefer not to cook, the location is a joy because of the plethora of fine restaurants within walking distance. There are two supermarkets and four bakeries a stones throw away. The apartment is comfortably furnished with a generous supply of towels and bed linens.The bedroom has an air conditioner and a very comfortable bed..There is more than enough storage space. Norma, the owner, is very responsive and very easy to deal with. Her representative, Katia, is equally easy to deal with with. We will definitely return within the next few years. This little slice of heaven in the big slice of heaven that is the French Riviera is not going to get away from us. Thank you Norma for a wonderful stay.

Schön trotz lauter Straße

Alles war sehr gut und schön. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die sehr laute Straße direkt vor dem Gebäude. Aber insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr positiv.

Schöne Wohnung mit einer Superlage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat einen kleinen schönen Garten, wo wir unseres Frühstück genossen haben. Die Lage ist meiner Meinung nach die beste in Nizza : das Meer ist fast vor der Tür :) , die Altstadt ist auch mit kleinen Kindern zu Fuß gut zu ereichbar. Gute Auswahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr nah. Norma ist super nett und hilfsberet. Vielen Dank!

Bästa sidan av Nice

Lägenheten är fin och bra möblerad. Sängarna var jättebra, liksom allt linne. Läget är fantastiskt. Nära till allt som gamla Nice och de centrala gatorna. Att det dessutom fanns havsutsikt från alla rummen och strand som vi nådde på 2 minuter var , amazing. Värdskapet var mycket trevliga och service inriktade. Återvänder gärna!

Perfect spot!

Our vacation was made even more wonderful by the location of this lovely apartment! Norma and her husband were very accommodating and saw to our every need during our stay. Centrally located, it was easy to walk to the market down the street or cross the road to the private beach area!! Having available secure parking was a BIG plus as well since we had a car. I look forward to returning again, hopefully in the near future!!

Ideal position

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the apartment was well set up and comfortable and handy to walk most places, it has good parking, although a car is not necessary as public transport is readily available. Norma the owner is delightful and and most helpful.

Paradise in Nice

We arrived at this wonderful apartment at the beginning of September for a 2 week honeymoon. The location is perfect, we walked every night for supper. There is a grocery store right down the street and it very affordable. We had no problems with communication before and after our arrival. Norma is wonderful and all the people she has to help are great. The place is kept up very well. I really enjoyed having my coffee every morning and watching the coming and goings on the Promenade. We drove the second week and we were provided with a very secure parking spot. We would come back again and again. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience.

AWESOME APARTMENT

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful trip to Europe. We stayed in Paris, Venice and Nice. Norma's place was by far was the most spectacular and spacious apartment. It had a large bedroom, large living room with a bed and futon, large bathroom and a huge eat-in kitchen. It was a wonderful surprise when we arrived to see such an awesome place. It is across the street from the Promenade, where we sat at the kitchen table every morning and watched all the happenings (joggers, walkers, bikers). The location was excellent. Restaurants, shops, grocery stores are all near by. The train station (NiceVille) was near by and the bus stop was right outside the door. We went to Cannes and Monaco by bus without any problems. Norma was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely recommend this apartment to all who are visiting Nice.

7 days to remember

The only complaint that we had with Norma's wonderful apartment was that we weren't able to stay longer. The property is in an absolutely perfect location if you want to walk the city on foot, hop on a bus or catch a train for an adventure. It was clean, safe, comfortable and provided everything that we needed for our stay. Norma met us upon arrival to go over all of the details of the apartment and to offer tips and suggestions. Take advantage of this lovely property if you're able. You, like us, won't regret it and we hope to return in the future.

Lovely apartment, location, views and exceptional manager/host.

A lovely apartment in a great location with excellent views of the sea just across the Promenade A charming patio. On the Promenade but relatively quiet. Norma is exceptional. Attentive, accomodating and helpful. Kitchen very functional. Air conditioning in bedroom extremely efficient. Washing machine works well. Bus right in front of the apartment.

Great Nice Location

My wife and I spent Christmas week at Norma's apartment. We were very happy with the facilities and location. Even though the apartment is right on the main boulevard, the shutters and heavy blinds provided quiet solitude for sleeping. And having the bus stop close by was fantastic for catching direct routes to all the major attractions in the area. The location is very convenient. The apartment was very clean, private, and spacious. The bed and living room comfortable. The kitchen well provisioned. Katie the house keeper was prompt, courteous, simply perfect. Honestly, I'd rather not write such a review, I'd rather keep spots like this to myself. Thank you Katie and Norma for a lovely visit to Nice and the South of France. Will Howery
