San Francisco - Lovely 3 Bedroom Home with Garage

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood within the Oceanview District, this listing offers direct access to Muni transportation. The M-Line provides a convenient ride straight to San Francisco's Downtown Shopping District. Just minutes away, guests will also find the Stonestown Galleria. It is home to Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe’s, Target, and a large variety of retail shops within the mall. In addition, the property is only a short walk from H-Mart, a popular Korean supermarket.

The space:

The second floor of the home features three well-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms:

- Bedroom 1 offers a queen-size bed, a private en suite bathroom, and a personal closet.

- Bedroom 2 includes a queen-size bed and a built-in closet.

- Bedroom 3 also features a queen-size bed with a built-in closet.

The living room is comfortably furnished with two couches, one navy and one black, and includes a 55" Hisense Smart TV equipped with Hulu and Roku Live for your entertainment.

The dining area and kitchen are impressively spacious. The kitchen comes fully stocked with essentials, including pots, pans, eating utensils, plates, bowls, and cups. Appliances include a stove, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, and coffee grinder.

The garage provides parking space for a medium-sized vehicle. It also houses a washer and dryer, with laundry detergent conveniently provided for guest use.

Guest access

Guests will enter the property through a secure front gate, which features a key lockbox containing the gate keys. The secondary entrance is equipped with a convenient number-pad lock for keyless access.

During their stay, guests will have full and private access to the entire second floor and the garage. Please note that the backyard, side entrances, and select areas of the first floor are not accessible to guests.

My family and I reside on the first floor and use a separate, private entrance. There will be no interaction between us and our guests unless requested, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay.

• We are not liable if your child is hurt during your stay. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses occurring while on the premises. We are not responsible for any loss of personal belongings during your stay.

- Please keep the noise to an absolute minimum between 11 PM - 7 AM!

- Clean up your dishes, it is okay to leave the last load in the dishwasher.

- Guests are not required to clear out the trash or place towels in the washing machine on the day of your check out. You are my guests, so let me handle the cleaning.

- Please close and lock the black gate and house door every time you enter and leave the house including the day you check out.

- Please put your food scraps, paper, cans, bottles, etc. in their respective containers.

- Please DO NOT throw away the utensils provided.

- Please DO NOT light the fireplace, it is for decoration purposes only.

- If the trash is full, guests may take it out of the bin and place it between the black gate and house door. Additional garbage bags will be on the bottom of the two bins.

- Smoking is prohibited.

- No additional guests, the number of guests stated on the reservation will be the number of guests allowed to stay.
