1 bedroom guest house that sleeps up to 10. Queen bed, queen sofa sleeper, 2 queen air mattresses, 1 twin. Full kitchen - stove, refrigerator, and microwave. 1 full bathroom w/shower and a 1/2 bath. Cozy, quaint space in a quiet neighborhood on 3.5 acres. 3-4 miles from all major restaurants. 2.5 miles from the Diving well and approx. 8-10miles from Expo. Grill on the deck and a fire pit in back yard. Private parking and WiFi. NO PETS and no local reservations unless prior approved.

This cottage is an absolute gem! The cheerful decor makes it feel incredibly welcoming, and is exceptionally spacious, quiet, and well-equipped with everything required for a comfortable stay. The hosts are friendly and thoughtful leaving out drinks, snacks, and candy as a sweet bonus. The bed and furniture are perfectly cozy, making it the ultimate place to unwind and recharge. The location was absolutely perfect and made getting around so incredibly easy! We loved our stay and will definitely be checking to see if this cottage is available next time we're in the area.

Anne was a great guest. She respected house rules, left the place very clean, and communicated well, and was very understanding with the couple of hiccups with the new keyless entry system we recently installed.
