Cozy and Spacious are two descriptive words that haven't been able to perfectly define the same house until now! This Spanish cottage makes perfect use for an ideal getaway in the heart of Santa Rosa's Downtown, minutes from famous wineries and breweries.
The backyard is your ideal place to relax in a hot tub or under the lights, surrounded by producing fruit trees. Need an escape from reality, look no further!
Parking can be challenging due to the downtown location.
THE SPACE
Wonderful downtown location close to amenities, including world-class breweries, restaurants, coffee, and wineries, and plentiful outdoor activities. 1 hour drive to beautiful San Francisco.
The backyard is private and serene and includes a hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, oversized swing, & fruit trees. The home has good natural separation between the two downstairs spacious bedrooms.
There is a bonus room - den area upstairs accessible to guests with a queen-sized bed not included in the bedroom count but is part of the home.
This is NOT a party house and is in a neighborhood setting.
Vacation Rental quiet hours in the City of Santa Rosa are 9pm-8am daily and are strictly enforced.
GUEST ACCESS
Entire property is accessible to guests.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- The city of Santa Rosa has an ordinance that requires strictly enforced quiet hours for vacation rentals from 9pm-8am daily.
- There are standard Ring cameras positioned only at the driveway, front door, and backyard for safety purposes. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.
- To include NO Amplified Outdoor Noise at any time.
- Parking is limited due to the downtown location. We have 1 street undesignated spot and 1 on-site spot best suited for small vehicles.
- 2 cars max allowed for overnight guests as per our permit.
- 4 Short-Term Overnight guests. 2 max daytime guests allowed. Daytime hours are from 8am to 9pm, as defined by the county daily.
- A Peacock subscription that includes live TV is available.
- Kindly note that we are unable to accommodate cats due to a severe allergy of immediate family members.

I do my best to maintain the home and amenities carefully, but issues may occur with Wi-Fi, spa/ pool, appliances, or utilities due to weather, outages, or mechanical factors. Some interruptions are outside my control, and not all can be resolved immediately. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for unexpected disruptions or guest cancellations.

By booking, guests agree to use the home at their own risk, follow all rules, and assume responsibility for any injury, illness, damage, lost items, or amenity interruptions beyond the host’s control.

✔️ Amplified sound prohibited at all times. No parties allowed.
✔️ Pet policy is Limited to 2 dogs maximum and must be disclosed at the time of reservation. A pet fee of $99 is applicable. Dogs may NOT be left unattended. Guests must pick up after their pets.
✔️ 4 Short-Term Overnight guests. 2 max daytime guests allowed. Daytime hours are from 8am to 9pm, as defined by the county daily.
