Highly recommended place

We had a great time at the house, it is located in a quiet neighborhood well connected with the main highways. The house was very clean and we found everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was great too. Definitely a place to recommend!

Amazing home

This property was absolutely gorgeous! It had plenty of space for our large group. The owner communicated everything we needed to know, and always replied pretty quickly. Overall, this place was the perfect stay.

Nice Property

Very nice property and good stay. Did everything that was asked and was surprised after our stay to have an insurance claim on a sofa no one even sat on.

This is a total and outright lie unfortunately. The guests smoked in the property, smelled of complete marijuana and even left the empty pipe box in the counter. We had to spend many extra hours trying to get out the smell as well. The couch as also broken when we arrived to clean. I never heard once from the guest. They only stayed one right I guess to just party and smoke all night. Again, against the house rules. Absolutely no respect for other people stuff or rules. I would never rent to again and would advise others to have pause before allowing Ruban and his guests book.

Amazing time

Eric the property manager was fast at responding to any questions I had. My stay was amazing everything was easy to find and clean. It was very welcoming and relaxing. Definitely recommend booking with him.

Great size and layout for our group

This house was a great size and layout for our group of 4 couples. We enjoyed our week there creating new memories with our friends. We sent the owner some suggestions to improve the amenities and we were assured that these items would be reviewed and addressed.

Weekend Stay

Our group did a weekend stay in August 2023 for a tennis event. Ash (the owner) was great and very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. There is plenty of space within the home and there is a nice size backyard. Ash was also flexible with our last second request to accommodate a late check-out. I recommend this property to others.

Terrific

We played golf at the nearby Four Hills Club. The house was everything we expected. Perfect for 4 guys, and we easily could have had two more. Ash stayed in contact just in case we needed anything. We didn't.

Desert Mission Trip

This property was great for us. The two living areas provided great space for us to have adults upstairs and students downstairs. We held our group meetings up stairs and students did most of their socializing downstairs, giving the adults space to ourselves in the evening. The upstairs kitchen was large enough for us to prepare meals for 12 and serve them in the large dining area. It also gave us room to spread out for lunch packing and snacks in the evenings. Over all it was a fabulous location and I look forward to returning with another group!

Home away from home

Albuquerque, New Mexico is a city that offers fun activities for people of all ages. Just a short ride to the snow or even casino :). The accommodations available in this home are top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay for all visitors, we played ping pong and cornhole while enjoying a warm fire outside. This home stands out from the rest, as our host even took time to leave a Christmas tree for us to celebrate Christmas with our children, as well as enjoy during the holiday season. A nice neighborhood and real air conditioning

Our group stayed 5 nights in late August 2024. Two of our adult children live in Albuquerque, so we are familiar with the area. This neighborhood is one of the better areas in Albuquerque and it’s safe. The home was clean and in good condition. The pictures on the listing were accurate. The host was easy to communicate with and even allowed us early access to the home when we arrived in town earlier than expected. If you are not familiar with Albuquerque, please be aware that many homes are cooled with swamp coolers. If you’re not used to Albuquerque heat you may be uncomfortable in a home that does not have refrigerated air. We enjoyed the refrigerated air in this home and being able to cool the home to a temperature we’re used to.

GREAT PROPERTY. GREAT OWNER. Very grateful to have found a perfect property and and such a sound owner. Not one issue. Everything worked. Owner is accommodating and communicative. His property lacked in nothing. You can tell this property is thoughtfully managed by the little touches like ziploc bags or an extra air mattress on site. Looking forward to the chance to return.

A Saga of “Firsts”

This was the first time staying on this property as a guest and Eric’s first time hosting my family. As a first, I found it to be a well-organized experience on property that was well-prepared for my family. Any questions I had were answered in a very timely manner, and special items were provided with the same diligence. Eric was very pleasant and productive in providing the products and services we needed.for the price we paid. I sincerely hope we left his property in satisfactory condition, and our first as guests will not be considered the last by Eric, our wonderful host.

Excellent house for our four couples

This house was perfect for our group of eight. Very clean and tons of space inside and out. We loved having privacy with everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom. The outdoor space was nice to sit out and enjoy the sunshine. Although it rained, there was plenty of space for people to watch tv upstairs and downstairs and play games. The two kitchens were helpful in serving big meals. The location was ideal for and close to grocery store, mall shopping, down town, everyone loved this place!

PERFECT place! You can't go wrong!

Eric, the property manager, was very timely with his pre-trip communication and responded immediately with everything we asked him while we were at the property. The house is set up perfectly with a master on the main level and another master in the basement. There is also a large bunk room in the basement where we put all of the kids. There is even a second kitchen so when we made larger meals, we utilized the oven and stove down there to cook everything at once. The house appears to be totally remodeled. There is a washer/dryer. The kitchen space on the main floor was large and spacious. More than enough room for us to cook meals. The location was absolutely ideal to get on and go around Albuquerque. The neighborhood was good for walking around. We even went down to the "culvert" and found a great place to watch the sunset. Great backyard space with a ping pong table and place for kids to hang. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and bake. They even had starter spices, cleaning supplies, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc. It made everything that much easier! We were all very pleased and would definitely stay there again if we are ever in the area. Thank you, Eric! Well done!

some ups and downs

home worked well for our needs. disappointed in kitchen utensils, we had to buy some items to serve our needs. Didn't like to have to clean off the games things outside before using and also not having a blender as promised.

I encourage you to please reach out next time and I can let you know exactly where the items are within the home or even go get some of the items you need. We do have a blender as well, but I will double check myself to ensure it’s still within the home. I moved to the Land of Enchantment in 2013 and never looked back. My wife and three children share my passion for the outdoors, cooking, reading, drawing, and yoga.

I did my master's in architecture from Texas A&M University, designed many architectural projects in my career, and pleasantly embarrassed every colleague with their candid caricatures along the way.
