Unique layout with exposed brick walls, passive solar heat, and hardwood floors; while the basement has bar, foosball, games, etc. Guests have private access to every room, deck, driveway, and yard.

The space
Beautifully landscaped lot with mature trees, large deck for outdoor entertaining, exposed brick walls with custom stained glass, modern kitchen with gas stove and stainless appliances, hardwood floors, and basement bar with games. Fire pit (please supply your own wood), hammock, passive solar panels, etc, located outside.

Guest access
Guests have access to every room inside, and all spaces outside of the house. Guests may use kitchen appliances, smart television (no cable), dvd player, full and half bathrooms, laundry, deck, driveway, and yard. Closet/dresser space is available with advanced notice. Do not go through drawers/cabinets (besides bathroom, kitchen, and laundry) or use personal items (musical instruments, sports, etc) without advanced permission.

Thermostat range: heat 58-72, cool 65-80.

Check-in time is flexible but must be agreed upon in advance if before listed time.

Other things to note
This property is our home, but we will not be anywhere on the property while it is rented out. The house is kept clean and tidy, but there are expected imperfections throughout the property. In addition to the two upstairs queen beds, guests are also welcome to sleep on the large sleeper sofa (IKEA Friheten) in the living room and the small sleeper sofa (IKEA Solsta) in the dining room. Please use linens (provided). The smaller one may not be suitable for adults.
