Beautifully furnished 3 bedroom condo in a wonderful gated resort in North Scottsdale. The Grayhawk community is beautifully designed and landscaped offering true “desert” living in a resort-style, upscale residential community.

Our unit is a perfect desert oasis for snowbirds looking to escape winter. Our property has a minimum rental period of 90 days. The unit is large with 1300 square feet of living space. Our living room has a flatscreen Sony HDTV with blueray DVD player, personal video recorder and a speaker system to hook into your iPod. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare gourmet meals, a Keurig pod-style coffee maker and an espresso machine. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed with a high-end Stearns and Foster mattress, full walk-in closet and a luxurious glass and slate shower in the master ensuite. The second bedroom has a full queen size bed and is perfect for children or guests. The third bedroom is set up as a sitting or TV room with a pull-out sofabed for additional guests if required. The den has a desk with wifi internet to keep in touch with family and friends. Our fully private balcony overlooks the main Club House and pool providing a wonderful spot for breakfast, outdoor relaxation or a late night glass of wine.

The amenities in The EDGE are similar to a high-end resort. Enjoy the full lounge with billiard and poker tables, daily newspapers, magazines, free wifi, and concierge services. Take in a movie in the private movie theatre that seats 20 with free popcorn, play video games in the video room or enjoy the on-site chef who prepares dinner for guests on scheduled nights. The Club House also offers an outdoor living area with plush seating, pool and spa, outdoor fireplace and gas barbecues. Towel service is provided for guests with ID. A fully equipped 24 hour fitness center with it’s own pool is a short walk from our unit.

Near to us are many activities to keep active and busy. Of course, multiple wonderful golf courses are within a few minutes – including the 36 holes at Grayhawk (site of the Frys Open for several years), the 36-hole TPC (site of the Waste Mgmt Open) and many others. Tennis courts are located right next door. Bike or hike the 25 miles of bike paths right outside your door or drive a few minutes to the Mcdowell Sonoran Preserve for desert hiking or mountain biking.

A lovely shopping center with groceries, several great restaurants and shopping is ten minute walk. A short drive takes you to many more wonderful restaurants and shopping including the Desert Right Mall and Kierland Commons among many others. Other attractions include Westworld (Barrett Jackson car auction and Arabian Horse shows), Jobingcom Arena (Phoenix Coyotes), Univ of Phoenix Stadium (Arizona Cardinals), US Airways Arena (Phoenix Suns), Chase Field (Diamondbacks), Old Town Scottsdale, Mayo Clinic, and Scottsdale Memorial Hospital all easily accessible. Being a couple of minutes from the 101 freeway offers access to all of Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area with shopping, dining, theater and endless activity.
