A wall of windows fills the bright, comfortable living room with natural light and beautiful forest views. Once inside, the single-level layout makes it easy to move between the living spaces, bedrooms and decks, creating an inviting home base after days on the river or exploring Wine Country.


KITCHEN & DINING
The remodeled chef's kitchen offers a stylish, well-equipped space for cooking at home, drip coffee pot, and breakfast-bar seating and dining for four. Fire up the gas BBQ and take dinner outside, where the surrounding redwoods turn an everyday meal into part of the getaway.


BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS– Single-level home. All bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the main living level. Exterior stairs are required to access the front entrance.
Primary Bedroom — Queen Bed — Comfortable Queen bedroom with private ensuite bathroom.
Guest Bedroom — Queen Bed — Welcoming second Queen bedroom surrounded by the peaceful forest setting.
Additional Sleeping — Sofa Sleeper — Provides flexible sleeping space for additional guests.
Bathrooms — Two full bathrooms serve the home, including a private ensuite bathroom in the Primary Bedroom.


OUTDOOR LIVING
The multiple forest-view decks are at the heart of Sydney's Retreat. Start the morning with coffee among the treetops, take the paddleboards or floats out for a Russian River adventure, then come home for a BBQ and dinner beneath the redwood canopy. As evening settles in, slip into the private hot tub and enjoy the quiet, elevated forest setting.

*****Important: Sydney's Retreat is perched above the redwoods with significant stairs from the parking area to the home. Guests comfortable with stairs are rewarded with treetop views, added privacy and the tucked-away atmosphere that makes this retreat special. Once inside, the home's interior is single level.

Dogs are welcome with a $125 fee per dog.
The yard is not enclosed.
Dogs must be crated if left unattended.

NO smoking/vaping of any substance in house

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)
• Guest support available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
• There is a Guest Reference Guide in each home. It has everything you need to know about the home & contact info etc.
