Hearts just make people smile. The Heart House will certainly make you smile!

You will sleep soundly in the king bed and enjoy the top floor view from the floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom from the chaise. The living room features a vaulted ceiling with clear story windows which provide wonderful natural lighting. Just through the sliding glass doors awaits the balcony, which is always a popular hangout spot for your morning coffee, dinner, or a late night cocktail.

The Heart House has a fully furnished kitchen that is equipped with all the dishes, utensils, pots, pans and appliances you’ll need to cook in if you so choose. This includes a blender, toaster, coffee maker, ice trays, water boiler, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. We offer organic local Ruta Maya coffee beans, a variety of teas and cream, organic sugar and Splenda.

ROKU Smart TV with antenna for local channels in the living room. Streaming capable to all your favorite streaming apps.

All of our units have irons and ironing boards, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, face wipes, bar soap as well as sheets and towels, including beach towels to take to Barton Springs Pool!

We have reserved off street parking for 1 car right by the staircase to the door with 8 steps up to the door.

Cynthia and Peach are fantastic hosts and always ensure that our stay is as perfect as possible. We have stayed in four different properties that they manage and each and every one are spectacular. This is the third time we have stayed in the Heart House, and it never disappoints. Great location, AC is amazing, views off the deck are great, bed very comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped with all of the pots, pans, utensils, etc. that you need for cooking. A short walk to Barton Springs pool, easy drives to local restaurants, or an Uber to anywhere you need to go are easy from this location. My wife and I always stay in one of their properties while visiting Austin which we do two to three time each year. I highly recommend the Heart House as well the other properties they host! Fantastic location, adorable property!

Great house - Great location!

We had a great stay at the heart house. House was in the heart of Zilker - fun and active area! Amazing views and quiet property. Hosts were very accommodating - house was clean - bed was comfy - and porch was awesome. Would stay again!

Heart House near Zilker

We enjoyed our stay in the Heart House. We especially appreciated the quality items used. Very comfortable beds, both the king and the hide away. The living room furniture was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed the deck and the view. We have stayed in numerous places in Austin and this was one of the best!

Perfect for ACL Festival!

We stayed here during the ACL Festival. It's a perfect location close to restaurants and the entrance to the festival. The house has great views. Property managers are great with communication and have everything you need for a great stay! I will be renting again for next year!

Quick Weekend Trip

We stayed for a dance competition at Palmer Event Center with our dog. The place was very clean and was easily accessible to where we needed to go. It was quiet & had plenty of grass space around to walk our dog. We had a mishap with check in but everything got resolved quickly.

Rental exactly as pictured

The apartment was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Location was perfect; walkable to some places and a short uber ride to downtown. We had a beautiful view of the Zilker park Christmas tree from the balcony. Would highly recommend this place.

Austin fun...

Everything was as promised. It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed at! They provided whole bean coffee, a grinder, and a french press for our morning coffee! The communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Zilker Park and South Austin

Came in for a week to see family, watch live music, go to the Texas vs Kansas State football game, eat, and relax. The Heart House was perfect, pet friendly, and perfect location for access to downtown, SOCO, Zilker Park, etc. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend for a small group in your party.

Perfect perch

Heart 💜 house is a perfect little apartment perched in the hills surrounding Austin near Zilker park. Just a short walk to the famous Barton Springs natural pool 🏊‍♀️ and places to dine or drink. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and all the fun local things to close like the Botanical gardens. The apartment is clean and well furnished- the coffee was delightful.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at the Heart House. The condo is in a great location--close to all the action in downtown Austin and right down the street from Zilker Park. With the nice view of downtown, we particularly enjoyed relaxing on the deck. The king size bed was comfortable, and we appreciated that shampoo, shower gel and a hair dryer were provided for us. Lots of info/magazines about Austin and things to do are also in the condo. We highly recommend staying here!

Relaxation with a VIEW in a great location

I travel to Austin a few times a year to visit my daughter at UT and every trip I spend hours looking for property that is visually appealing in a great location at a good value. The Heart House exceeded my expectations. It is a superb location for access to numerous restaurants and shops while being close to downtown and campus. The natural light was a fantasti bonus as was the oversized bedroom.

Peach, the Broker in the family, is an avid golfer and likes to do anything outdoors as well as garden in his Zilker area home's backyard. Cynthia manages their rental property along with their son, Jay. Cynthia loves to cook the vegetables that Peach grows and take long walks, bike rides and swims.
