Lime in the Coconut is a lovely, spacious home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths that can sleep 11 guests. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom with a step-in shower. Bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three has 2 full-size beds. The living room has a sofa bed to accommodate two people. This home is located in the Maryland subdivision. This home is on the 5th row, and "your toes" can be in the sand within minutes. This gorgeous home is the perfect location for your family vacation or weekend getaway! The kitchen has everything you need to make quick meals while on vacation. This rental is a dog-friendly home with a $200 non-refundable fee. You’re sure to love the views from the deck. There is a crib for your little one to use for your convenience. There are TVs in each room to stream your favorite movies. On the deck, you will find plenty of seating for you and your guests while enjoying the view of the beach. Downstairs, you can enjoy grilling your favorite dish for your family. Be sure to rinse away sand in the downstairs shower after a long day of fun in the sun on the beach!
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes Cannot Guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay. We Cannot Offer Refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes. We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and all standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.
We provide a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tabs (if applicable)
2 laundry tabs (if applicable)
1 small dish liquid soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar of hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
